We stayed in a renovated room - stunning. Good view of the ocean. Best location in Tel Aviv in my view (on the best beach - Gordon). Service was very good. Great value for money (considering location, room and amenities - stayed peak season in August).

Overall, the staff were excellent especially in the food areas but some staff on concierge and at the front door were not very helpful - except John who was awesome.

Hotel was situated very close to the beach and had wonderful views of the beach and city, The room was comfortable and kept clean - breakfast was amazing as was the coffee (kudos to the barista)

Pool was disappointing. It was partially enclosed and closed early at 6pm.

Great location, comfortable rooms, beautiful view with balcony overlooking the sea, near many restaurants and transportation.

Location next to the beach was lovely and so refreshing in the early morning for a coffee on the Balcony Room service for a travelling professional was outstanding

The gym was a little bit small and didn’t have much equipment to use, but that’s all.

I liked the perfect location, that there were a lot of options for the breakfast that was served, the hotel rooms are very clean, and the staff always assisted us with whatever we needed. The reception and concierge staff were especially helpful, friendly, and kind to us during our stay. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to everyone!

Cleaning Lady Mary and Salomon/Suleiman helped my husband - who walks with a stick - in a most friendly and forward coming way. Outstanding service, early check in, quick check out, civilized people in the dining room, could not have been better

smart tv in the rooms but blocked access to all smart tv features such as Netflix etc. for a longer stay it could be nice to enable it the friendliness of some staff members could be improved :)

Gym - very small, almost no equipment, not all functioning and on one mornings there were no towels anywhere to be found. Pool is really small, more for kids than for adults swimming. Breakfast was relatively rich, but new napkins and missing spoons I had to ask from staff, instead of simply taking myself. But the staff was always friendly and gave what was missing fast. Not enough kid oriented food, otherwise rich choice of dairy, vegs, fish, fruits, breads, etc. And one morning most of the baked sweets were not fresh as I'd expect them to be. And, on the last morning the whole corridor of our rooms was full of smoke and noise from 6:30 because some visitors ignored no smoking rules and were having extra fun. Security tried to deal with it, but the morning was pretty ruined and no "sorry" at the very least came to us.

First of all, we were really lucky coming by car to have the only free parking slot of the hotel free. Otherwise, other parking slots were relatively far and expensive, and we'd have to walk in this heat to the hotel. So, it was so comfortable - we simply left the car by the entrance, gave the key to concierge and paid relatively low daily fee, with the easy ability to leave and return by car any time. Rooms were nice, clean with everything inside, silent. All was prepared as we asked. Pool was very nice for small kids, but really small, about 15m length. Staff was always very accommodating and friendly. Internet good. And the exit to the beach - amazing! Plus, the location is outstanding, just across azure sea, with many places to go out, very nice people around. Also, was really nice inviting friends and relatives come visiting us, sitting in the lobby with the sea view. It was quite a nice stay!

The facility needs an update. The room we were in was very shabby with scratched furniture and wavy, stained carpets. The hotel did reclean the carpets when we complained. Better but still looks soiled.

The staff were exceptional. They tried very hard to fix problems. I had a dental emergency and while they could not refer me to a known dentist ( they researched on internet) the manager did contact me to follow up and find out how I was doing.
