Nothing. All was good for me. Max really made me feel at home when I checked in and checked out and Alli helped me get in room . I was able to get extra copy and solve problem

Breakfast exc many items to choose from. Staff very helpful. Time of serving very long and good.

half of the area above the bath tub is open, so you have to put the towel on it otherwise the floor will be wet. Also I would be happy to have jacuzzi or sauna, but I was more than happy with the pool and it’s temperature in January. you can really comfortably swim there in winter last thing I wish they could improve are the doors, unlike walls they let some noise enter the room

great staff, especially the receptionist Max. I was really happy with his attitude and got a free room upgrade. Room service was super friendly, they returned and cleaned the room after we’ve cancelled their first attempt at 9 am. Great location, pool and thick walls between rooms

The hotel looks old. requires some renovation. parking lot is very small, so it might be that there will be no free spaces

tables were too close. Covid protocols were not enforced. people going into elevator without masks and staff doing nothing about it. you certainly did not pass Covid protocols.

Matresses could be better. They were quite solid, dense and stable to sleep still but virtually any movement caused a feeling of floating. It took me some time to get used to this. A bit strange to me.

We had big room with laguna view. Clean and well served. It was very nice experience. Heated swimming pool, perfect breakfast even on Saturday, great location - many shops, souvenirs market, several restraunts in 5-8mins walk.

Everything is great, very friendly staff, very clean room. Even kettle does not has any scale inside. Breakfast is rich and tasty, everyone can serve his breakfast or dinner as used to. There is a parking lot in the front of the main entrance, not so expensive, and the payment is valid on the all of city parkings (white - blue marked) until end of purchased time. But at the back the building is free parking without any asfalt.

The hotel is now a little old and tired. It really needs a makeover.

There was a lot of staff and they were attentive, friendly and efficient. We felt that everyone was working as a team to give the guests the best quality vacation they could.

They have introduced a strange new system for the lifts which really doesn’t work efficiently. We were at the end of the room cleaning rota so that our room was never cleaned before the middle of the afternoon.

Very helpful staff. There were a few minor problems but they were sorted out immediately. The dining room was very well managed so that it was never necessary to queue for anything. The swimming pool was immaculately clean with plenty of towels and sunbeds.

The bed wasn't so comfortable.

Everything was fine. The meals were wonderful - fresh, lots of choices, tasty and well displayed.

Perhaps could have had two elevators working at peak demand.

the TV was small and fuzzy the air conditioner was too cold and I couldn't balance the thermostat Elevators are a bit slow

Check in was fast and easy the room on the 5th floor had a nice small balcony overlooking the Marina the room and bathroom were very clean the beds were firm and comfortable breakfast was excellent
