The outside seriously needs a painting. The corridors and interior could do with a spring clean. But most of all is the value for money. I have stayed in other hotels in the country and they cost less. Plus I didn't realise if you are religious and say you don't drive on Shabbat, you don't have to pay the extra 200 shekels that I had to, which is totally unfair. So with tax, I ended up paying 956 shekels for one night till Shabbat ended, definitely not worth this amount of money.

I loved the view and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel is extremely rundown. Front desk customer service is condescending and rude. There are no outlets to use in the rooms. Do not book this hotel!!!!!

    Nothing!

Very outdated rooms. Hallways are dirty. A lot of garbage around the area and in the back of the hotel. No hair dryer. No beach towels. Some rooms are a little better than others.

Breakfast was excellent on regular days and limited on Shabbat Room was cleaned every day Ok location with walking distance to the beach and city center

THe doors to the porch were old and barely functional. thus causing the wind to blow in the room the whole night with an annoying whistle.

The reservation policy of this hotel is very restrictive. If you make a reservation and need to cancel, you must cancel at least 8 days in advance of the check-in date, otherwise the hotel will charge three (3!) days penalty. Now most hotels only require on or two days notice to cancel a reservation. And most hotels will only charge a one day cancellation fee. Bottom line: Don't make an advance reservation at this hotel unless you absolutely know you will not need to cancel or reschedule. The TV has no English channels, only Hebrew, Russian, French.

The hotel is in a great location.

Asked for low floor & put on top floor. Not enough plugs in bedroom so had to go & buy an adaptor. Had to move out for a weekend as the noise in the hotel was unbearable due to a large party of youths. Some staff more helpful than others.

    Position of hotel. Sea view.

Walked into the room, took one look and then left but not before taking photos and submitting them to booking.com for assistance in gettting a refund since the hotel refused to do that.
