We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesNo breakfast is offered. That’s usually a given in Israeli hotels, and it’s usually something to look forward to. But guests here have to find a place outside for breakfast, even though Ink has a nice restaurant downstairs.

Simply everything, from the personal at check in and out with all the detailed information , the kindness of the personal until the location , the confortabile beds , parking, water and some soft drinks offers by the hotel . Many specials thank to MATAN the front disk manager he was really very nice and helpful offering commercials gestures. IsraelThe Pool on the roof looks OK but the surroundings on the roof are a bit sparse. Staff was nice, but on more than one occasion there was nobody at the front desk and I had to wait 2-5 minutes for help. Once a person arrived they were very helpful.
Location is great, 5m walk to Shenkin and Shuk Hacarmel but far enough to be quite. The room was a bit smallish bed was very comfortable and the bath/shower area was big. We did not try the restaurant.

There was a lot of noise in the reception. The room was very nice and well equipped but the coffee kit didn't include an option of tea. And... When I requested an extra towel I got a dirty towel with holes....

The room is very clean and good, the hotel new, not broken furniture as in other hotels. The receptionists very professional and help to solve any issues. Also the breakfast really nice. In this city I think this hotel is the best choice.
