that there was no elevator. we were on third floor, not terrible but something to take into consideration if you go in and out of room a lot.

room was comfortable and cozy, clean. breakfast was exceptional and had everything you could want. I loved the little personal tea pots they had.also great location, walkable to the main mitzpe attractions

It was a normal accommodation in a normal hotel. We had quite large room with a fridge and small kitchen. Breakfast was good. Parking is possible for some fee in the parking spot in front of hotel.

The pool - there were so many children who kept jumping into the pool and splashing all over us that we couldn’t stay for more than a few minutes. We would have enjoyed an option of sun beds outside of the shaded area No free street parking is strange

The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Also the Hotel offers a great breakfast. The location is a perfect starting point to explore the Crater.

Front desk woman was incredibly unhelpful. She gave the wrong information about the hours for meals in the hotel. Even more crazy when we asked about specific hikes, she told us it wasn't allowed to drive into the crater, and that we could only hike in the crater with a guide. The hotel needs to educate front desk staff or have them go to the visitors center! There is highway 40 into the crater and tons of hikes. No need for guide.

Really nice to have a pool for the kids after hiking in the desert. Other than the front desk, a good stay. Breakfast is outstanding

Parking could be a problem, since the city introduced parking charges. There are some hotel-owned places, which get filled up when it's busy

The staff were all helpful, cheerful and competent, despite it being a busy weekend. The food (breakfasts and dinner) were excellent, varied and delicious

Rooms are in need of renovations, and they're planning to do that. Apparently it's in limbo right now - they're waiting to tear the whole place down and renovate - so nothing major is being done now. No elevator, so if you want a view and good air you're going to have to climb the stairs for it.

Very welcoming staff, they were helpful and polite. Food was good, location was excellent. Pool was nice and clean.

Very good value for money, the reception and staff were excellent and the lounge and dining facilities were very nice and we'll maintained..the single double room was spacious and clean although the condition was a bit outdated. In conclusion I can happily recommend this hotel. E

The pool could have been slightly warmer. The bathtub ceiling was a little moldy. The beds weren't very comfortable.

The pool is amazing for kids. Breakfast was wonderful. The room had everything we needed, even a pan and a pot. The locatiin was great for trips in the crater.
