We believe theirs need to have women cleaning the rooms. Whit all do respect to the men working their, they are good people they try hard, but you can tell a women hands need to be there.

Cleaning needs to improve, for example never swap the floor, is a good and awesome place to stay in, but they can and should improve other details “towels need more in the bathroom” also shower towels was need it. Everything else is awesome personal is very attentive. If i may add to this, I believe theirs need to be a “women crew” for house keeping members. They need them.

Location is excellent and the price was more affordable than other places. The room was spacious, comfortable and very quiet. The staff were helpful.

It's on a busy street so sitting on balcony or leaving windows open is super noisy. Room had an odd odor.

It was super nice that the staff management surprised us with an upgraded room when we checked in. Location. Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Price was reasonable.

One evening I had difficulty getting back into the hotel. No one was at the desk, and no one was answering the intercom. Finally, some people were coming out, and I was able to enter with their assistance.

I had been looking for a simple, economical place to stay. My trip was a volunteering mission, and luxury was not a priority. So I was quite pleasantly surprised with the excellent location and then the level of the room. Much nicer than expected. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This venue is basic - there is no lounge or lobby. However the rooms and bathrooms are spotless and it is an affordable venue to sleep in a superb location in a spotless room which has whatever you need - small kitchenette, desk, and additional chair.

The hotel is really old. In the middle of the night staff opened the door without permission while we were sleeping. Whatever was promised by admin of the hotel wasn’t delivered. Better not to count on them.

We got a room upgrade during check in. But we got a room with queen bed instead of two single ones.

The amount charged for Saturday night checkout is ambiguous and led to confusion at check in. This can be avoided if the hotel is more clear about how much they are charging for Saturday night check out, per room type and numbers of rooms in a single reservation. Give specific values for each reservation and state whether tax is added to that or not.

I didn't like that the staff that checked us in when we came back were outside, not at the front desk. The girl came in unlocked the closet for our luggage and rushed back outside. She did not take care of closing or locking the closet again. She did not give us any instructions for checking out either. In the morning, there was no one at the front desk. So we did not know where to return the key. We finally found a drop box by the door on our way out. Also water runs out of the shower and runs into the other areas of the bathroom. This seems to be a common problem, though. Other more expensive, high rated hotels have the same problem. Not the hotel fault, but at night there was a loud group of locals protesting. They had drums and they were loud. It was hard to fall asleep. Again, not the hotel's fault.

I liked that the staff who greeted us were nice and helpful. They stored our luggage in a locked closet until we came back to check in. They also gave us the after hours code.

The rooms are a little tired the soft furnishings do need an urgent upgrade. When we arrived our bed sheets were not clean this was quickly resolved by the very apologetic night staff who did everything they could do resolve the issue .

The property is in central Jerusalem close to everything you could possibly need The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help with everything
