Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

The breakfast was good. The hotel well located. There’s a convenience store, a money changer and a hair salon opposite the hotel. There’re many restaurants across the street and within 10 minutes from the hotel, including a TripAdvisor top 10 burger restaurant.

Australiait’s 3 star so not a luxury hotel, aircon has motion sensor fitted (strange? never seen that before), so when you sleep it goes off! you get hot, have to get up every hour to turn it on. I didn’t sleep well for 4 nights. when it was running normally I had a good sleep. hotel is quite comfortable but thin walls. Breakfast is not great for western tastes, No fruit! More like a bbq lunch with meats and salads. no big problems and hotel seems full all the time, so it’s popular.
good location within walking distance of old city, nice surrounding area, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. friendly staff, managers and staff are great. Had an excellent trip to Dead Sea, only 30 minutes away to nearest beach, do not miss it!!

SingaporeThe room size is a little too small. But there's nothing you can do about it.
The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is very good. There's a small convenience stall across the road from the hotel. There's a money changer within walking distance from the hotel. There's a hair dressing salon nearby. There are many eateries with a TripAdvisor top 10 burger restaurant, opens 24/7, opposite the hotel. There's a row of good restaurants near the hotel. The Bein Harim Tour Operator stops right in front of the hotel to fetch us and other from other nearby hotels.

AustraliaWould have liked some more hot foods in the breakfast bar besides boiled eggs. The bathroom could have done with Re whitening as the grout looked mouldy despite the bathroom being clean. Cheap toilet paper. Don’t order a Breakfast Box unless you like a whole small cucumber and tomato, bottle of water, slices of cheese and bread, spreads, hard boiled eggs, fruit, but no cutlery to spread with.
Very helpful staff, location, 24/7 hot drinks bar

AustriaSince it was quite cold due to the rain, it was also cold in the room because in the rooms of my colleagues not all windows were fully closable. It was also cold during the Breakfast in the Ground floor. Sadly there was no water bottle in the room. The bathroom was a little bit smelly. There is a limmited parking posibility but it is hidden, and there is no direct access to the hotel.
the breakfast was good and there was a lot of choice. There were parking spaces, but unfortunately very limited. the hotel has a very good location to the old town
