For non-Orthodox Jews, this place is very overpriced. The rooms merit perhaps 2/3 of the price in this region. The dinner and breakfast buffets do not merit the cost. They are buffets of average buffet-meal quality. Cost is about three times the other lodging on the Jesus Trail. Most of the costs appear to relate to services and facilities for Orthodox Jewish clients. The swimming pool hours, for example, are partitioned by gender for specified parts of the day. There is no a la carte dinner menu. The Bar menu is extremely limited. If you want no fuss kosher dining with your kids, it is probably great. But if you want excellent food-value, for high quality food, it is not a good value. They should offer a lower-priced option for non-Orthodox Jewish guests who will only use the rooms, and a more extensive Bar menu for people who want more food choices, but are not interested in the buffet, which is geared for the Orthodox Jewish guests.

Very clean, very comfortable rooms. Kosher buffet dinner and breakfast, of average quality. Great location to hike the Jesus Trail or the Horns of Hattin. Nice to have a full bathtub while on a hiking trip. If you are an Orthodox Jew, this is probably a very great choice, as they have many facilities geared specifically for you & the buffets are kosher.

The room was smaller than advertised - no queen bed available and “single beds” were really sofa fold out beds. Also it was inclear that “children” were condisdered under 12 and not under 17 as it suggestednon booking website. Despite all of this, they were very nice to us and let 4 adults stay in one room for the agreed price (even though the room was not what was advertised). The staff made up for the mistakes on your website and made our stay very enjoyable - we will go back even at a higher price.

    Nice staff

The rooms were far from soundproofed - we could hear everything going on in surrounding rooms, the corridor and even outside. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Air condition was central and from the room you could not select either heating or cooling. Food was mediocre

The staff were excellent as is the location. There are two wings to the hotel - the old wing where we stayed and a new wing which I am told is much better.

Air conditioning a bit strong to leave on overnight. Rooms facing courtyard have to deal with loud children outside, even late at night.

The management did not honor the price quoted and gave excuses why the price was higher than the quote. The floor tiles {not parquet as advertised) was peeling, the bathroom floor had serious mold in the corners. The bathroom floor mat was wet when I arrived. And one of the throw pillows was torn and coming apart.

I now know where NOT to stay.

The room 626 was very cold, with no adjustment for air conditioning possible. We had to sleep 2 nights with the window open, it was rather loud. there room itself was dirty and dilapidated. For the amount of money paid, it was a waste.

The hotel is a very expensive youth hostel. Requested a queen size bed, got twin. Shabby room, old furniture, torn anti-mosquito screen on the window, bathroom somehow clean but needs renovation. The shower head was partially blocked. Rattling AC. View of a roof and parking, only far you can see some view. The picture of the room shows a big window with a view. Loud music in the evening 10 pm. Group arriving at 2 am running and shouting in the corridor.

    Breakfast was good. Surrounding beautiful

The rooms were beautiful and in my booking I got the newly renovated Cadillac room. So relaxing sitting out on the deck overlooking the wonderful views. The food at all of the meals were exceptionally good in taste and very well prepared. the waitress were al amazingly nice and thoughtful.

First, the staff at the Reception desk when I arrived and during the entire stay were the sweetest and nicest people and a pleasure to deal with. The whole atmosphere was very HEIMISH

It's very, very expensive for what you get. Dinner is a buffet type, but we elected not to purchase dinner as the costs are simply too high for a UK resident (Israel in general is expensive but this was extreme). We had a pizza from the bar instead - perfectly serviceable, if hardly a bargain choice. So the only quibble is the prices here.

We were walking the "Jesus trail" and stayed here, as there is basically no other choice apart from some very basic options in Ilaniya or carrying on to Arbel. A very lovely hotel set in some very nice cultivated gardens overlooking the countryside. Everything was very clean and quiet and very good. Breakfast (included in the room cost thankfully) was also a buffet type. Capacious and extensive choices, really stunning stuff. Blew the mind.

Pillows on the beds - too large and bulky, not pliant.

Meals were very tasty. The setting and view of the land is lovely. Took a long beautiful walk from the door of the hotel to the top of Kanai Hittin, a nearby "mountain" top.
