Our room wasn't ready for the third guest. And also we didn't have slippers, robes. But we asked and received all with small but pleasant compliment from the facility.

I was surprised with the size of the room. There were three of us - a couple and a friend. And the room consisted of the bedroom and living room with a big couch. Also I liked a modern interior and nice view from the room.

we had problems with the a/c asking severla times to do somthing but they say "probably because its new" very bad answer without doing nothing to help. The hotel was under renovation so the swimingpool wasn't availbe so they move us to another hotel. Not the best solution but fine

Nice hotel in front of the beach , clean, good breakfast, good service and the room was spacious . The hotel is very close to a lot of attractions

The book in process was slow. Their computer stopped working. During the stay, at points the reception was very busy and slow, people waiting ages. This meant that getting routine issues sorted became difficult. There was water and fruit provided for guests near reception during the day only for the first day of the stay but nothing for the remainder. The swimming pool is under renovation so there is access to a nearby private pool, the obtaining of entry tickets from reception was overly difficult. At times the hotel was extremely busy, the staff really didn't cope very well. Some were pleasant and helpful, others distinctly not. Parking during busy times was difficult. At various times during the evening and night local idiots on excessively loud motorcycles would go up and down the beach front. Finally, the television channels kept buffering frequently.

The rooms were very nice. They were a good size and nicely and recently decorated. They had everything you could need. The breakfast was excellent. Huge choice and range, all nicely prepared and presented

Limited breakfast on Saturday.

This hotel was very well located close to the beach. Breakfast was impressive and included a barista to fresh coffee. Sea view room had been recently refurbished and was modern airy and comfortable. Joshua on reception went out of his ay to ensure that you experienced the best stay possible.

The pool was closed, and some of the floors were under construction, which made a lot of noise. In addition, due to the construction, the restaurant entryway was chaotic and had unpleasant smell

The hotel has a great location on Carmel Beach. The room we had - a Deluxe Suite had wonderful views. Good water pressure in the shower. Very nice & large breakfast buffet

location on the beach but very convenient, we had honeymoon suite which was spacious and had good views. The hotel reception and bar facilities are being redeveloped currently but this wasn’t a problem for us .

The only thing I can find is that it was a little bit old (although well maintained), but I must mention in the same sentence that it's already in a maintenance phase and some of the top floors are already new.

Food was very good, the room and the hotel generally was clean, we got everything we needed and all were very kind and pleasant.
