Hotel is located in a residential area of Jerusalem with narrow alleys, charming and quiet but very hard to find as the hotel looks like one of the houses in German Colony, and without a big hotel sign and the check-in instructions do not include detailed directions. No parking at the premise, so we had to go around the area to find street parking.

Excellent two-room suite for our family of 4, each room with an ensuite bathroom. Quiet residential area about 25 mins walk to the old city.

Despite the fact that I arrived 1:00 AM. I could check in without problems. The location is very good. I found some nice coffee places near to the hotel, and I could easily find transportation to the central station. The breakfast was nice.

Breakfast was very poor. Even if only continental breakfast is served, simple bread slices are a little under my expectation. Same for pasteries served, even on a holiday. The hotel is very old and, although clean, looks neglected (carpets, shower, floor in the room)

The personnel was simply outstanding. Stayed in contact with me before my later than expected arrival as well as after I left and came back to pick up my suitcase. They tried to answer all questions concerning food or late checkout.

It is fine for me. I would be concerned for anybody with significant walking disability to go up the stairs.

The Colony is in a nice residential area a few minutes walk from a selection of restaurants. There is public transportation, a nice walk to the Old City and it is very close to where I meet people for my activity. The staff (owners?) are very nice and easy to communicate with. I enjoy the breakfast as well.

Old furniture, you can hear anything through the walls.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location can't be beat! Room clean and toiletries daily provided during our stay. Nice breakfast, but if you are vegan, not much of an option.🙂

The bathroom is a bit small. The breakfast does not have a great variety but there are not many hotels in Jerusalem that offer it, so it is greatly appreciated

Very friendly staff. We had a problem with the light on the second floor and despite being sabbtah they solved it quickly while we were having breakfast. The area is quiet but pleasant and is well connected. They helped us with the return to the airport.

Not a problem for me, but there was no elevator that I saw to get to the registration desk.

The location is excellent for what I needed as well as being very convenient for a nice selection of restaurants. The breakfast had a nice variety of ‘help yourself’ options. The staff were very nice. My price through Booking.com was very good for such a convenient location.

The property was an old building so very authentic Jerusalem architecture, simple, hot shower, fluffy towels, delicious continental breakfast with home cooked pastries. Joseph and his staff were so welcoming and helpful .

We were in the attic. I can not tell you how many times we smacked and cracked our heads - especially from the toilet. don't stay in the attic if you are tall!! The facilities were worn and tired. Everything looked a little dirty. Also, they say there is parking. there was no lot. the parking was two blocks away if you were lucky, and it was parallel parking on the street.

The room could've been a bit bigger. It was difficult to find sockets to charge our phones, we ended up unplugging the TV so we could us the socket to charge the phone.

The hotel is very cozy and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the owner was really helpful, helped us find a place to eat. Breakfast was nice too.

One bathroom needs some updating but didn't bother us. The walls are thin and could hear the theater next door but I think that's because it's an old building. It was fine with us. We were so busy sightseeing.

Location is only 20min walk to old Town. Lots of stores and restaurants close by. We also got free breakfast. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The family room was spacious with 2 bathroom. It is a great deal!
