A few small maintenance issues in room which I’m sure will be remedied immediately. Shower switch to change from handheld to shower head could not be found. Using handheld was very messy since shower area is not fully enclosed. Not a huge deal.

The perfect location, excellent staff, terrific indivdual breakfast prepared per guests request. A wonderful vacation experience, staff gave us daily tips about places and venues to visit every day. Can't wait for our next visit to Metula!

Extremely lovely staff. Made you feel valued as a guest instead of just another paying costumer. Comfortable room and a cute little balcony with a view towards the border hills. Breakfast was delightful. Excellent location within the main street of Metulla and close to local restaurants/grocery store. We were given great tips by Moshe (front desk) regarding trip options and sights in the area and he was always willing to help out. Highly recommended.

Friendliness of the staff, offered plenty of information about the surrounding area. Spacious, clean rooms overlooking Lebanon. Very fresh feeling about the hotel and lovely garden to chill out. Breakfast was spot on.

Breakfast does not start early enough. 0730/0800 to start breakfast is late when you have a busy day ahead. The alternative of getting a packed meal early wasn't a good enough alternative. Shower was very clean overall, but there was some mold/rust that i wouldn't expect to see on an establishment like this.

A big room, with most of what I needed in them. Great staff, good vibes and happy to help. A very good and healthy breakfast. The most important thing is that I'd visit here again.

The room was clean and cozy, really liked that everything is colorful, seems different than other hotels I stayed in. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. I needed to checkout before breakfast time, and they insisted on giving me a sort of picnic bag instead, with a sandwich, some snacks and drinks. I think that’s a really nice gesture.

We have no complaints - we liked everything about the hotel and the town.

As many other reviewers have remarked, the staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was served at our table because of COVID-19 restrictions, maybe not as plentiful as before COVID but satisfying. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. The town of Metulla is a very pleasant, peaceful and relaxing place to spend the night - nice place to walk in the evening. We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, would recommend it and would stay there again when in Israel.

The jam? :-(

First of all the staff - friendly, helpful, smiling, chatting - the best!! Location is perfect and so close to the Canada Center. Breakfast was great ( a couple of points for improvement - the jam was not great (what a silly complaint) and I think a bigger selection of cereals would be nice and some fruit) - but overall a very good breakfast and great service. The coffee machine is great for coffee lovers. Loved that the building had to be kept as it was even though the rooms are bright and modern.

Nothing - great property

We had an amazing stay. Everything was good but when we got back at 22:00 from a restaurant with the kids sleeping on our shoulder the hotel manager ran to our room to open the door for us. This isn’t good - it’s exceptionally amazing

The mattresses could be better. The linens were synthetic and I'm sensitive to synthetics, so it wasn't so comfortable. the towels were old.
