Breakfast was terrible, keep the eggs simple without sauce! No Chicken Soup and Chop Liver at the Shabbat! No Cholent on Shabbat! Not enough deckchairs by the pool! Lots of repairs needed (smashed windows)!

Parking difficult, occasionally no room on site. No bar for drinks, that would make the hotel more attractive and profitable. Long way from the beach, shuttles would help

All rooms have doors leading to adjoining rooms. Keys to all rooms didn't work properly. The door to my room needed to be slammed with force (and much noise) to be closed. I received a room for disabled guests which was uncomfortable. Draining at the bathroom was bad, what caused a small flood. There was nowhere to buy water during the weekend (even the vending machine was almost empty).

In the shower, the curtain didn't seal the water, or the floor was wet after the shower. When I did the check-in, I did not get the wrong I ordered (requested 2 separate bed) the room wasn't ready & headed to wait fora different room, when I got to the home there was no towels or spoons for the coffee.

The breakfast was okay, in my opinion, it could be better if they started earlier serving breakfast. The woman was okay I hope to have carpets instead of tiles I didn't use the pool.

The breakfast could have had more variety, and the coffee wasn’t great. The air conditioning was not great, only offered cold/off options without anything in between. The gym seemed neglected and unmaintained.

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night.

We have asked for a two-bed room and have been given a one-bed with a terrible couch with suite class improvement and no extra pay. No reason for this. The room wasn't very clean - there was crumbs in the sofa and some hair on the toilet. Some staff barely spoke any Hebrew or English.

Good for its price, close to the city center and overall the place looks good.

I requested for a single bed for each room because i reserved 9 rooms for 20 person but only 3 rooms got a single bed.

The breakfast was very good.A lot of variety to choose.

1) One dinner was canceled. After reception call we got voucher to the dinner in the restaurant in 20 minutes by walk. But this restaurant didn't have smorgasbord. It was good but without choice. 2)The room lock was partially defective. Stuff explained we should turn door handle clockwise, pass the key and turn door handle opposite. Every time it required 2-3 trials.

The room smelled of smoke (at times stronger, at times faint). Not all the lightbulbs worked. Also difficult to find the hotel-no name on the outside of the building

The room smelt a bit like cigarettes, possibly because of guests in the hallway that were smoking. The hotel staff tried helping, though. Also, when showering, since there were no curtains (but a partial glass door), the bathroom floor became wet afterward.

The hotel had everything we needed, with a good location, especially for the price. The hotel staff was very nice. I would like to note specifically Shira from the reception who helped me and my friend check in to a room next to our friends. The breakfast had great variety and was very good.

The hotel needs an urgent remake. The doors are so thin you hear everythong that is going on outside the room. The food was really not good. Too salty, low quality good.

Very “tired” looking furniture and bathroom. Also there was a door between my room and the one next to me. I could hear every burp or television…

Every time our room was cleaned, there was something missing. Soap, towels, etc... We had to complain at the reception often, and only after the 3rd complaint the issue was resolved, until the next issue appeared. It made showering at the hotel complicated. The food at the breakfast was often stale, fruits were nearly rotten, and the cheese smelled really bad. They also offered a variety of pasta leftovers from the dinner of the previous day, which were often dry and stale.

The hotel is clean and nice, the rooms are comfy, the pool is always clean and well maintained. We were offered a free breakfast for our entire stay by Shira at the reception desk. It had a good variety of foods and ok-ish quality. Overall we got more than we asked for at that price.

The staff should make more effort to accommodate and satisfy the guest’s requests regarding the rooms. The other guests were very noisy and uncivil
