The location! Cab drivers are not all honest to tourists and ours took us the long route from the airport so with traffic it took almost an hour to get to the “airport” hotel. You’d be better off staying in the city on the train line, which goes directly to the airport.

The hotel is lovely - spacious, clean, great breakfast and happy hour.

Cozy room, friendly staff. We didn't expect it, but there was happy hours in the evening - you could drink coffee or wine with snacks in the hotel lobby. Free airport transfer is a very convenient option.

We left before breakfast and asked for a take-away breakfast. We were given a bagel-cheese sandwich which was fine. However, the whole pieces of fruit were too heavy so we left them. I think a little more thought to the bagged breakfast would be appreciated.

Check in was easy. The evening "snacks" were good and sufficient for a light meal. We had to depart before breakfast, but the buffet looked delicious. Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk was helpful with taxi information and reserving the shuttle the next morning.

Sound insulation between rooms and the rooms and hallway could be improved a lot and I lost a lot of sleep because of noise. I thought the price was exorbitant for what was offered, but I believe that's normal for Israel and specifically the area.

Staff were very helpful and arranged a courtesy early morning ride to the airport. Breakfast was very substantial and varied. I liked the simple, modern decor and the room was big and very clean. Wifi was good enough for me to do remote work from the hotel.

had to take taxi to get to hotel. Hotel not widely known and location difficult for taxi. I ended up calling the hotel from the taxi and the hotel staff provide the taxi driver with directions. However, if I didn't have the ability to call the hotel from taxi, this would have posed a problem

We needed transport also from the airport to the hotel, but, although we contacted the property, this option was not offered and we were instructed to get a cab. Having an option to get the shuttle to pick us up from the airport as well, would have made the difference.

This hotel offers a great breakfast spread and has very nice rooms. It is very close to a food court as well and a convenience store. The airport shuttle (to the airport) offer is a great addition.

The staff were exceptional. My stay was during the troubles in Israel yet the staff were so friendly and calm at all times. Safe rooms and procedures in place to ensure the safety of everyone.

I arrived 4am, found parking right in front of the hotel. Friendly receptionist, the room was quiet, breakfast until 10am - very good for me, I could sleep in and still got breakfast

1. The hotel is not close to the airport as Booking stated. 2. The shuttle driver. He arrived 15 minutes late and to make it up he drove his car at 140 km/h which was not safe at all.

Nice staff. After hours snacks for free. There is a small mall which is very convenient.
