Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Absolutely incredible apartment — truly one of a kind. The layout is beautifully designed, and every detail has been thought through at the highest level. Despite being in the best location in Tel Aviv, right in the heart of everything, the apartment blocks out all outside noise — it's a peaceful escape in the middle of the city. It's the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and style. I can’t recommend this place highly enough — it takes Tel Aviv living to the next level.

Austrianothing - all was good
We booked the apartement on King George and one day prior arrival the owner informed us that the flat was not available anymore due to sofware issues - he offered us an alternative which, however, was too far from the city center which was an issue as we were only 3 days there without cars. We left it to him to find another solution (communication was always super polite and friendly) and once we landed in Tel Aviv, he informed us about the new location and apartement. It was a great apartement, spacious, clean, ON THE BEACH (Borgashov) and we were really happy with it. A team member waited for us there to give us the key and show us around. Every thing was really professionel and perfect. Considering that affordable accommodation is almost impossible to find in Tel Aviv, I can only highly recommend these flats and this company. Thank you again!

United StatesThe location was very close to several bus stops, a convenience store, and a nearby pharmacy store where you can buy the RavCav bus card. From the outside, the building looked a bit old but the apartment itself was very clean and well maintained from the inside. The host was very quick to respond and made sure our experience was a good one!

North MacedoniaIf you are with a car, not sure you will find parking out from the building. The apartment is on first floor, so if tiny noises bother you, you may hear them
I liked the location, it had lime scooters in front, was in the center of Tel Aviv, 15 min walk to the beach and other facilities, overall a nice location, safe for sure, and a store that works 24/7 that is a 1-minute walk.

SpainIt was a little bit inconvenient to find out the cooking plate was not working. And it was a bit inconvenient to not receive any reply from the host when we've asked to fix it. So we had to eat out or purchase ready food. For the rest our experience was great.
Nice apartment overall. Good size of the rooms and good location. We liked a quiet street.

KazakhstanThe apartments could be rated high some time ago but presently it is quite shabby and needs partial renovation (I.e. the handle of the entrance door just stayed in my hand when holding it from inside). But the main problem for me was insects, especially in the kitchen area. I’m not used to cockroaches so that disgusting issue have spoiled my impression badly from the first till the last day of our stay.
Nice location - within walking distance from beach, close to Disengof Center, a lot of bus stations nearby but it is quiet in the night. Easy access. Well equipped. Spacious bedrooms. Good conditioning.

PolandWe checked-in to an shabby apartment at 29 Zamenhoff street. It was a stinking swamp with mould all over the place. Many appliances broken. Shortly - Horrible place. So we claimed a relocation via Booking.com. Few hours later the owner called me and offered another apartment he manages nearby at 74 King George str. The next one was much better (not fully fitted out but clean - apart from the shower). I messaged the manager to clean the bathroom which she approved, promising to send someone out. Never happened. The next day I asked if we need to buy toilet paper ourselves, as we ran out of 2 rolls. She said no need to buy as she will send someone out with new supplies. Knowing her promises always fail - we bought it ourselves. Her promise was not delivered... Tel Aviv Vacation apartments are "managed" by Radius - a big rental firm who does not take care of the apartments, does not supervise their staff and do not care of their guests, but are expensive... They should not be in this business. If you can choose anything else - make sure you do.
the location was OK. No breakfasts included as this was a self serviced apartment.
