The A/C didn't work right. The massage wasn't nearly as good as in the past.

The lifts are quite slow and one was out of order

The beauty of the Seasons is the locationnext ti the beach and the Shaked Promenade. The breakfasts are really good. Tasty and plentiful. We love the spacious room and balcony. The staff were polite and helpful. Thank you for looking after our cases both before we arrived when my son brought them for us and after we checked out, which enabled us to have a few more hours in Netanya before travelling on.

Place in significant need of upgrading. Infrastructure in need of renovation. Worn furniture, not particularly comfortable. Cleanliness only fair - for example, cups left for drinking were stained with someone else's lipstick. Food was good, not great.

The hotel is now looking very tired and shabby. . Needs an uplift. Couldn't get food round the pool apart from 1 hour at lunchtime.

The room was v spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was good. Pool was rather cold to swim in.

I’m sorry to say that the first suite we were given looked like it had not been cleaned or vacuumed …. The furniture was also very grubby. The second suite was slightly cleaner . The hotel needs a total face lift and some powerful new vacuums…

The location was fabulous- amazing views of the beach, and quietly located in north Netanya

The hotel is very old and tired. Elevator wasnt working, the room wasn’t cleaned well. No face towels, very slow service. Often Russian speaking staff who didn’t understand English.

Coffee was good but none was available on the sabbath. We should perhaps have known that. It should be made apparent to international guests

We were not expecting the non international nature of this hotel whose photos on booking.com suggested something different. Having said that everyone was very friendly and did their best to look after us.

Unfortunately, because my Mum required a walk in shower, the room was rather dated. Worse, however, was that the carpet was filthy and we had to get in cleaned twice before it was acceptable. The breakfast could have been much better but was reasonable. For what we paid, it was not the best value but choice in the area is limited.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast reasonable, the swimming pool area very good and the staff very personable.

Location, family atmosphere - a real home form home. I loved the antique furniture in the lobby and the feeling of old world elegance. My room was exceptionally quiet as well.

The first room we received on the 11th floor was carpeted and reeked of smoke. The balcony had some boards bolted on to the cement in an unprofessional manner. I would have rated the hotel 1-2 stars based on that room. I couldn't breath in that room, so they moved me to the 4th floor. a room with a wooden floor, no smell of smoke and a view of the ocean (which is what we originally ordered). I was shocked that they offer that room to any guests.

They were very accommodating when we had a problem with the initial room. The breakfast was nice. Although no omelet station, you can ask staff for an omelet from the kitchen. They sometimes had juice and cookies out in the lobby. The location is amazing, and the pool is very clean. within walking distance of town. beautiful small almost-secluded beach (called Onot beach) near hotel.

Stayed in a new room which was a good size with great views and decor. Next to the beach and a short walk from town. Malvina at reception made our stay! She always has a big smile and nothing is too much for her.
