The buffet restaurant was a mess. Tables not cleaned directly guests left. The floor was a mess created by guests dropping food on the floor which was not cleaned right away.

The location at the sea and the direct vicinity of the boulevard with all kinds of shops

The property is poorly maintained and the service is appalling. Judging by staff attitudes and even the naff autoreplies to negative feedback on Booking.com management don't care as most of the priorities on Eilat's coast is run by the same chain. When we arrived we were taken by the views as we expected from the photos on Booking.com but then noticed the very sad state of the reception floors and furnishings. It took a while to check in as reception were too busy on the phones to even acknowledge us. No-one explained the antiquated toilets that had a pump flush....nor was there any documentation in the room. Two of the 4 days we were there they forgot to clean our room. The wifi is terribly slow. The pool, which was the main reason we booked this hotel, is barricaded off from 4pm every day even if it's hot and the covers on the sun lounges were putrid.

The pool is the main feature. However it is physically barricaded from 4pm every day....even bright sunny ones. The breakfast buffet is also quite good.

    Nothing!

Our receptionist, Einad, was very friendly and willing to help. The room was very clean and came with a stunning view of the sea. The location was very convenient; the mall and many stores were just a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast buffet was awesome and had so many options.

The only thing that let the hotel down was its staff. They were not friendly or helpful and there were only 1 or 2 people that spoke English, which is a no go for a 5 star hotel in a tourist destination. 1 guy at reception (I believe his name was Ertan) deserves praise. He was always friendly and helpful and knows how important good customer service is at a hotel.

The location is excellent, fantastic pool and access to the Red Sea (ask for snorkelling equipment at the hotel). Breakfast was also excellent with lots of choice. The rooms are clean and have a lovely balcony.

Breakfast was cheap, not suitable for this kind of hotel level. For example, orange and grape juces were diluted with water. Also, no fresh food at Friday night. Plains are flying right over the roof, very close, terrible noise.

it was very difficult to find somebody among the staff who can speak English, even at the reception. It’s a five star hotel but if you ‘d like to use the spa and gym facilities you have to pay extra money. There was no possibility to have a lunch in the hotel if you are not in all inclusive program, though we’d have paid for it or maybe the staff couldn’t give an info about it.

The staff told us that we are VIP guests and for that we will get a bonus, that was never happened.. The room service a little bit problematic because you don’t have a menu for ordering meals to the room, for ordering you need to call the reception and they connect you to kitchen.. something you don’t expect from 5 stars hotel!

Nice hotel and nice staff.. they tried to help us with the reservation of the child ( they thought we pay a lot for 1 years child) because Booking.com charged us for the child up to 2 years old, they were nice and offer free entrance to dinner..

WiFi in a room was terrible, impossible to use, disconnecting every 5 minutes... (BUT WiFi in a lobby, dinning place or next to pool work OK). Center is about 1,5 km away, but it wasn't a huge disadvantages for us.

The room was really big - like a small apartment (50 kv.m.) :) bed was amazing, very very very comfortable, view from balcony was perfect - we lived in a 7th floor and got a room with a pool view !!! Breakfast is really good, variety is huge (probably the first time in my life I saw so many tables with food for breakfast at hotel) , for those who adore kosher food - it's a heaven :) Personal are really friendly and helpful :) P.S. Next to hotel (200 metres away) there is perfect kosher food restaurant Halev Harachav Steak House - we went there to eat 3 times (we stayed for just for a week).

Just one small glitch with noise from parties at the bar on the poolside. Would only affect rooms overlooking the pool but they went on a little late, until after midnight one night. I could not sleep until it was quiet. Ear plugs next time!

Staff were great, attentive, and when we asked for assistance with our aircon, not only did they send a maintenance man several times but even gave a follow-up call to ensure all was well. Wine and candies in the room to welcome us. Beautiful location with wonderful sea view. The sea is right at the edge of the property - you couldn't be closer!

The swimming pool is very cold (approax. 16-18 degrees), so it was impossible to use it:( Maybe it would be better to heat till 23-26 degrees because the weather was wonderful.

We really loved this place. The hotel is very nice, next to the sea with amazing view. The city center is approax. 10 minutes walk. The room is very comfortable, the bed and the mattress is super. But the best experience was the welcome on our check-in day. Marina, the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. We travel a lot, but really I have never expereinced yet such a kind welcome. So, our points are 10, because of Marina.

Staff barely speak a few words of english. Staff clearly don't know how to bartend (we ordered a cider - the bartender discarded at least 5ml of cider with the bottle to trash because the cup he poured into was full) Would have appreciated an international corner in the breakfast - was very disappointed that kosherness restricted the breakfast availability meaning no meat was served!

Amazing location. The room had a nice view, even though it was the cheapest price we still got a pretty nice pool and sea view. The breakfast was very diverse, but kosher so no meat :(((

the hotel was located right on the water with a lovely view from our spacious suite. the breakfast was lovely though there were no fresh fruit juices.

The hotel is unfortunately surrounded by derelict or very run down buildings to the rear and to the side, which you need to pass in order to go to the promenade. On top of this, the hotel is also located right on the flight path of all of the incoming planes to the airport there so you constantly have the noise of roaring jet engines directly overhead. It's a very nice hotel, but these factors really go against the location.
