“For your information I had done booking for my stay in Thane but last minute the staff say the hotel is full n shift Us to another hotel in Mira Bhayandar road which was not convenient for me travel.. it took me 2:30 min to reach the hotel to reach the hotel in Mira Bhayandar from thane railway station.. I had to face many problems to travel to other places from the hotel. Having my booking confirmed in thane the staff took walkin n cancelled my booking in Thane”
