1. I ordered a Club sandwich and I got the same without the bacon. 2. The order taker in IRD has no knowledge about the menu and it was difficult for me to place the order with her and later I asked her to tell your supervisor to call me. 3. The slope in the washroom is bad and water comes out even from the faucet. And deep cleaning around the room and especially the washroom is required on an urgent basis.

I liked the location, clean room and attentive front desk associates. Quick and smart service.

The hotel seems to suffer power cuts at regular intervals. Although relatively short (seconds) before power is restored, the hotel wifi takes a while to reconnect which isn’t ideal for a foreign tourist and relying on wifi.

Excellent location, just a 10 minute walk to the main section of Candolim beach. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms very comfortable and good selection on offer for breakfast.

Unfortunately our room was a little noisy, you can hear traffic and people shouting on the side street.

we stayed at hotel before and chose it again for the rooftop bar only to find out it was getting refurbished during our stay

Hotel was nice and comfortable, the only issue we had when the room were cleaned daily the cleaning staff didnt always replenish the necessities required in the room.

The in-room dining experience in the morning if you haven't already booked a breakfast can be slightly off. But all in all, it was a good stay. Could have helped if there was a gym/fitness centre/garden.

Really appreciated the warm staff. They were available and helpful. I travelled with a toddler and they were kind enough to allow an early check in and a late check out which was subject to the availability of course. Cons: 1. All hotels offer early check-in and/or late check-out, but this hotel didn't allow us in even an hour early or didn't allow us to check out even a min after 12pm. Other hotels in the same lane were offering early check-ins even 4-5hrs early. This was very disappointing as after 7-8hrs of travel, you would expect your room to be ready when you have already requested for an early check-in 2. Breakfast spread was limited 3. The room had very basic amenities, for everything else one has to call the front desk

Pros: 1. The location of the hotel was really good. The Candolim market was right outside the hotel and the beach was around 800m from the hotel 2. The room size was good and everything was clean 3. Basic services like housekeeping, breakfast, parking, etc was decent

The taxi counter outside the hotel is owned by a nasty group of people specially the main person who is middle aged and very rude and clever to deal with. Beware of them as you may come into their influence as it's sitting right inside the parking compound of the hotel.

The rooftop was The Best! Beautiful veiws and Sunsets. The staff were all very attentive and kind. The pool was beautiful and clean. The room very comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast spread was excellent.
