Just the mattress in the room was not at all comfortable. Got little back pain now.

Very well maintained property. Also very well behaved staff i.e. everyone from cafe staff to housekeeper to swimming pool caretaker etc.

You will need to have packages for goa for places to visit. That make for people much easier.

the food was below average. the staff wasn’t courteous at all. service wise the place is pretty average.

the property is decent and well maintained. location is nice and views are good. pool is just 3ft deep.

I don’t know who was on the reception when I first entered, but there was this old guy who was on the reception was extremely rude, but in the morning we had another manager, who was extremely supportive. There’s another manager lady who is extremely sweet and understanding, and she even extended our checkout time. 

The property was clean and exactly how it shows on the pictures.

Checked out a day earlier because of the horrible experience of the stay, Rude staff, unclean rooms, overpriced hotel, cheap quality food. Still didn’t get my refund for the one day I checked out earlier.

The bed was nice and comfy, the rooms were clean daily (loved their housekeeping, always nice and kept the room smelling fresh daily) the property was kept clean daily. The pool was nice with a great view, staff were always present when using the pool. The property restaurant served a variety of food (staff were nice and accommodating). Security guard on the property 24/7 (dayshift and night shift guard were very nice). The property is accessible to plenty attractions, baga beach, clubs, restaurants, shopping areas. Rent a scooter and drive around.

The payment trough Booking was not accepted from the hotel, so we needed to go in person before the reservation get cancelled, but we managed to pay with card on spot and to secure the reservation.

Amazing hotel on the edge of the river and close to the beach and main street, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, super clean pool with nice view and good looking garden, very clean and big room with big bathroom, clean bed sheets and towels, nice terrace with pool view and table with chairs, easy check-in and check-out process, helpful staff.

The location on the river was very nice, with the pool area a lovely place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We were there for the New Year Eve gala, which was excellent, with the food exceptional. We found some nice places to eat along the river and the beach area was nice to visit in the day, but too busy for us at night. We were very well looked after by Lalita and her team, all we saw was smiles and great service. An unsung hero was Rajesh Kumar who was the pool attendant for the whole week we were there. Even before we had thought about or asked the question, Rajesh was already delivering the answer. His level of service was perfect in every aspect. This was our first time in Goa and look forward to exploring more.

The service and general experience from the booking team, reception staff and manager was very disappointing and did not create a very good first impression.

Very good location for relaxed retreat from busy towns of Baga, Calangute and Anjuna. Most of the bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful especially Rouland Fernandes. Gautum Jena from the housekeeping team was also excellent.
