How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Verified reviewGood location if you’re primarily touring south Goa. Very spacious hall, the 3 rooms can fit 6 people very comfortably. All amenities were functional and the space was clean. My family members had no complaints whatsoever. FYI There’s a lovely restaurant within the society compound.

The whole house needs a revamp, electric sockets, cabinet doors need to to be repaired. Bathrooms need serious cleaning, acid wash, rat problem needs to be solved immediately.

Verified reviewExcellent property. Very neat and clean. Staff is very humble and co-operative. Specially Ms. Julie and Mr. Lalit. All amenities were present starting from spoon to cooker and masala box. Nothing to worry about. Felt like home. Balcony view in the morning and a cup of coffee in night is most enjoyable moment. Owner is also polite and caring. Overall made our trip very enjoyable.

Pool was a bit far from the villa

Verified reviewThe villa was beautiful it had amazing features with all the cutlery as well as kitchen appliances everything was perfect. The rooms were clean as well as the washrooms the terrace and balcony had a good view friendly neighbourhood a good place for a staycation
I booked the villa since the description said it had a private pool but that was a mistake.. and also the electricity went in the middle of the night around 3am but the generator was on so the fans and lights were working until 10:30 when the generator shut down too some switch tripped so we left in a while that was the only issue otherwise it was a good experience

Verified reviewVilla was exactly it is exactly same as shown in pic's, it looked even nicer physically. all amenities and appliances were working in perfect condition. Villas was very clean and spacious. I stayed here for four nights with my family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a fully loaded villa with all facilities like washing machine complete functional kitchen with all utensils has both gas and induction top, refrigerator, microwave and oven. location is very near to Varca beach which was super clean and very less crowded kids enjoyed a lot. special thanks to Property Manager Mr. Lalit who was very nice to show us around the Villa and explained all things on day one. It felt home away from home. I would highly recommend this for both families and friends and if i happen to visit again i would like to come back to this accommodation again. btw this villa is in a gated community with good security and outdoor pool which was excellent.
there is nothing to mention that i did not like.. i liked this place very much.
