Absolutely gorgeous room. So much space, beautiful Mughal decor. Amazing! Though the hotel building is quite old, but I really loved how they pulled it off with touch of Mughal set up. Amenities were modern. Breakfast was wonderful and freshly made.

The hotel is very near to the New Delhi Railway Station. Hotel was good, clean and staff was super helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. We got all the help we needed. We tried the Restaurant and the food was good. Overall a wonderful experience.

Renovating above the room, was noisy but they moved us to a good room no extra cost, so we were happy with that

Nothing really to dislike as it was a great place for us to stay for a few nights. The street is very noisy, which might be an issue for some, but we had a back room so it was not a problem for us.

Our room was large and clean, and the hotel let us check in early and check out late, which was very helpful after a long flight from the UK. Location is good, in the busy paharganj area, so you're right in the thick of Delhi Street life!

We had a misunderstanding with the pick-up from the airport, like they were supposed to pick-up us up, but like we send our details by booking message instead of by whatsapp number, and they didn't receive on time our details.

The room was beautiful and with a great space, the bathroom was nice and the hot shower was available at all time. The staff were really helpful and try to make our experience in Delhi even better.

We had requested and had it confirmed we would have twin beds as we are two men. When we got there it was one big double. We had a trundle bed brought in but it was very uncomfortable so ended up having to share the double. We were half board and for the evening meal were given 2 choices meat or veg thali. We were expected to have the same meal for 4 nights. This was not acceptable but we agreed to pay the difference between the Thali and what we chose from the menu. We had to fight for our airport transfer we had been promised as they said it was from the airport despite the paperwork clearly stating a one way transfer (we wanted to go to the airport), as we had made our own way to the Ajanta we were entitled to this. In the end the girl on the desk agreed to this so it was all good except for the fact we shouldn't have had to argue.

The room was big and clean, the breakfast was good. The staff were good. The room and big bed were comfortable. The lift was quick and reliable. The shower was good. The room had a fan and an air con. The hotel inside was pleasant.

The room was a little bit to cold during the Indian winter season

The hotel is in the middle of buzzling area with a lot of people and commerce, close to the railway station. Stayed during a festival so the street was covered in colors and intense high music! The hotel have an excellent breakfast and restaurant on the bottom floor. The room, bed and pillow was plain. No air condition or heating, but several extra blankets for the bed was available. Good bathroom with good size shower and running warm and cold water. The room had an appreciated wall-mounted hairdryer.

Nothing, really. One of the few institutions in Delhi that don't scam you.

The staff was more than friendly. I liked how they checked us out as they were all smiles and offered a late check out (which we didn't take as our flight was in a few hours) as it seemed like we might need some time. The food was pretty good and fresh. We got a free room upgrade from this platform that the hotel respected.

We stayed in this hotel two times. First time, we stayed in the ground floor and it was increadible noisy. We woke up every hour due to talks of empoyees with each other. Second time, we stayed in 1st floor and noise level droped significantly.

It is very busy street but the noise from street is isolated well. We used airport drop two times and both was organized well. Room cleanliness is good in Indian standards. Clean sheets and towels.

room cleanliness could be better. they have provided soap and tissue. No shampoo/conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, brush. Staff could be friendlier and should treat all guests equally.

Breakfast was good. Manager behaviour is good. Most staffs are with good behavior. The room was good too comparing the price of other hotels nearby.

This is mostly my choice during my Delhi visits. Also tried some other but always come back to hotel Ajanta.. Breakfast buffet very good with changing options, enough Indian food as well. The Paneer Ajwaini was too good. Location good, walkable distance to Connaught place area, Janpath and New Delhi railway station Many cheap and good food options nearby as well Bhajans from the mandir opposite of the hotel Staff friendly and helpful with everything Laundry service excellent and in time This time I stayed twice in the hotel, at the beginning with pick up from the airport and at the end (although the second stay not booked from booking.com) Superiour room was better than the suite room

Area can be uncomfortable for the first time visitors , the canalisation smell in the bathroom

The well looked hotel in the middle of the area which can be uncomfortable for the first time visitors. The hotel has a restaurant were the stuff is super nice , the food was tasty and no digestion problems after it . The stuff is nice they didn’t ask for tips on every steps .You can buy excursions in the hotel lobby as well . The airport transfer to the hotel really worked - the driver was awaiting us in the agreed time with no extra payment . The room had two really big beds

They should concentrate on the doormats which were a little bit dirty. They have provided a clean one after asking.

The hotel was excellent, especially the suite room was spacious and immaculate. They have provided airport pick- up which was very helpful for us. The female staff were immensely appreciable for their service and guidance. Housekeeping staff were quite responsible. A very comfortable family stay during winters with all the amenities. The food was good.
