Would’ve been a cherry on the cake if shampoo was provided. But apart from that,

Right beside the entrance to Palolem beach. Hardly 200 metres walk. Very well maintained with full of greenery which i loved the most. Cleanliness at highest level! Even the staff are very friendly and helping. Absolutely loved the stay. It was so peaceful. We didn’t wanna leave.

We enjoyed our stay so much, originally booked for 4 nights ended up staying for 12 nights. On check in Sanjay took us straight to our room and explained everything, he recommended places to eat, we tried them all and were very happy. Usha cleaned our room regularly and did an amazing job. The beach is 1 minute walk away and restaurants are all around. We plan on coming back to Palolem Beach next year and will definitely stay at Alba Rooms again.

I think the bathroom could be improved, It was adequate but dated.

Very friendly owner, keen to help his guests. The accommodation is very clean and such a short walk to the beach. There are small shops very close by, from souvenirs, to clothes and mini marts

There was no view from the patio.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room had a fridge, kettle and a ground floor patio area. There was a secure wardrobe that could be locked so good for storing valuables. The location was excellent, seconds to the beach and shops and a short walk to the bus stop. The staff were so helpful and the manager helped me to catch the correct bus and even asked the bus driver to help me find the correct connecting bus to the airport.

Sanjay was a perfect host. 1. The flat was extremely clean and room cleaning great. 2. The location is right off the main beach, so v good. 3. The internet is strong, fan works well and AC very effective. Everything seemed to work well. All in all - this is a very well run and excellent place to stay.

The bed sheets need to be replaced - old and scratchy. Otherwise the bed was very comfy. Unfortunately as it's located just behind the main street (which is good for noise), it means there isn't much natural light coming in to the room so it's a little dark.

I was very happy with the room. It was a good size and came with a TV, fridge and air conditioning. The location is great! You are a few steps away from all the shops, restaurants and beach. Sanjay was great - super cool, laid back and very helpful. He organised a taxi to pick me up from the airport and also to take me to my next destination.

Fantastic budget friendly room right by the beach. There was nothing to dislike. Sanjay the owner was on hand to make us feel welcome. He also arranged a day out for us which we enjoyed. This place is strides away from Palolem beach but felt very peaceful as it was tucked away as if it wasn’t there. Extremely happy with our stay and offered us exactly what we wanted.

Fantastic location right by the beach but set back from the road so it was quiet at night. Strong fan and cold air con. Hot shower. Friendly host, Sanjay. Great value! Recommended.

The property was in a great location - close to the beach and all the bars and restaurants Palolem offers, yet quiet and peaceful as it is tucked away. It was very clean and comfortable, the host was very attentive without being obtrusive and I would definitely stay here again!

Sanjay was perfect host communication prior to arrival and on site for advice of where to go what to see etc. Rooms were lovely and really clean. Shower in bathroom good with hot running water. Sanjay ensures outside area is kept clean and tidy. Literally 2 minutes from beach and plenty shops, restaurants etc on doorstep

I loved my stay at Alba. From the time I walked along the beautiful tropical garden to my room, till the time I left, I was looked after. The room is nicely decorated, the bathroom has quality fittings, and everything is immaculate. Super comfortable bed, with nice bedside lamps. And a nice ground level terrace to relax on. The rooms are large , spotlessly clean and have a king size comfortable bed . A nice shaded terrace to sit and have your morning tea . The owner was very friendly and helpful . The main beach is less than 30 seconds walk but the property was quiet .
