Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndiaThe oriental cuisine on the à la carte menu was disappointing—both limited in options and poorly made. It’s best to stick to the Indian dishes, which were much better. The spa is also quite expensive. There isn't a lot to do after the safari.
The breakfast and dinner buffets were good, the variety was somewhat limited but sufficient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with reliable WiFi. The swimming pool was well-maintained and enjoyable, though the hotel lacked additional facilities. The magic show was fun for the kids though very short. The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the wildlife area.

AustraliaThe bed was a little soft, and the internet was slower than expected.
The room was a great size and very comfortable. Afternoon tea out on the lawn each day was a nice touch. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was extensive, with an omelette station.

GermanyEnglish skills are okay and likely above average for locals.
Good cooperation with local travel agents also last minute. Excellent supply of tea, coffee and cookies before safari and in the afternoon. Very good selection of hot authentic food - keep it that way. No unnecessary tourist stuff on the buffet and all safe.

United StatesThe restaurant is amazing. Really good spread for breakfast. For lunch and dinner we took the a la carte option which didnt disappoint. The property is beautiful. In the evenings they have tea and snacks set out for the guests on the lawn with traditional artists performing.

IndiaThe variety of food items served for dinner buffet can be better. There was also no one to guide with respect to travel and sightseeing around the area.
It was a great experience to stay with the family. Loved the ambience and activities that they arranged for all the guests in the evening. Royal place with value for money.

United KingdomThe rooms are totally run down: TV’s and fridges not working, air conditioners rattling like trucks, communication prior arrival was so poor we’re missed the chance to go to Tiger Safari park on dedicated day. The last bit was breakfast without proper coffee - dedicated barista offered instant coffee sachets.

United KingdomAll good
The hotel staff were exceptional from start to finish. The rooms are showing their age a bit but that doesn't detract from the charm and beauty of the place. The restaurants outside of the hotel didn't appeal to us so we ate in and really pleased we did. The food was some of the best we've had, try the Dal with garlic naan! Pushpendra managed the restaurant and looked after us very well. We only stayed for two nights but wished we stayed longer to enjoy the facilities and restaurant. They arranged the jeep safari for us and as we saw three tigers we were delighted. Worth checking what zones are open when you book your trip as the lower number zones appear to have a better chance of seeing the tigers.

United KingdomThe cleanliness of the whole place is very poor and seriously needs improvement. Chairs in the restaurant were stained and dirty the staff are not very friendly and always reactive rather than proactive. Rarely make eye contact. At breakfast no explanation of what’s available, how it works etc. Thee was a function during the day , my corridor was meant to be a silent corridor from 10.30pm to 7.30am. All I could hear was staff talking loudly , moving trolleys along the corridor. Many people had come for the wedding the next day. They were noisy , rowdy , bkasting music and kids dreaming and running around. I kept asking the hotel staff to get things under control but they wouldn’t as the guests who were causing nuisance were clearly nee important than anyone else. They didn’t have the bottle to asks the guests to settle down or they will be asked to leave. On the contrary, we were told if we weee not happy we can change hotels by all means with no charge, bearing in mind it was nearly midnight!! I was told I could speak to the manager at 9am when he starts. I waited but the manager didn’t turn up for duty in time. They called him but were told he’s going to shower!! I was offered a 50% refund. Still no refund and still no call from the manager. AVOID THIS PLACE.
Not a lot.

United StatesHighly overpriced. We were there in late Dec and it was cold and there was no heating in the rooms. When we called the next day, they brought in portable heaters. Hot water is not available until 7AM or so - not suitable for early risers. Breakfast room doesn't open until 8AM or so - not helpful if you are planning to Checkout and drive to Jaipur in the morning. The bathroom furnishings are basic and old. We paid more for the room than JW Marriott in Delhi - so felt ripped off. If you pay much less, then maybe your expectations will be lower. It is a good 20min drive to the safari entrance so you have to account for it in the pick up and drop off times.
Staff was helpful and responsive. Breakfast and Dinner was satisfactory. Room and furnishings are okay

MexicoThe staff was amazing; we had a health issue during our stay and they went far and beyond to support us (going with us to the hospital, finding tickets for us to go back to Delhi, and making follow up on my health). The property is nice, clean, and has the facilities needed for the visit to this little town. They have live music and tea at 6pm that I thought was a nice detail
