The property is 4kms away from main city and the roads are bumpy with full of potholes . The host conducts campfire for outsiders with dj - music and the lights will reflect directly in the room. Even though the host assured us the party would end by 9.30 pm even after multiple messages and calls the music only turned off after 11.30 pm which was quite disturbing. On arrival we were insisted on tea even though we refused but were asked to pay 50 Rs on check out

The properly is surrounded by lush greens and gets the most beautiful sunsets . You can even catch stunning sunrise view if you wake up early. The rooms are clean and the host checks in to make sure your comfortable and even provided us extra blankets and assisted us with car rentals

Toiletries and basic room requirements were not given but were provided when asked. There was an unpleasant smell in the room and especially in the bathroom.

I stayed at Hotel Anya paradise for two nights in may during a family vacation. The room was spacious, very clean . The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and very tasty like homely food, The location was perfect. Overall, excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway.

Friendly Host. Perfect Place for vacation. They arrange cab, auto facilities and provide food on pre order basics. Price are normal. When every required they provide tea, coffee etc., Caretaker keeps the property hygienic, neat and clean. Wifi connectivity is too good.

Room were in a decent size, Comfortable, Neat and Clean. Propert is too quite. Approximately 2.3km from Ooty main Busstand and Railway Station. If required they provide induction stove and Kitchen vessels for cooking self.

First of all, location is not good. The amenities mentioned in the booking was not available. We booked two rooms. One of the rooms is not having tv. The tv in one room also not working. No kettle, towel and toiletries first. After we informed they gave one towel per room. Bathroom facilities is not provided to the driver.

The locality of the stay was very poor, the place was not pet friendly as they claimed it to be. The stay was not at all like how it looked in google photos. The rooms were too small, the locality outside the place was stinking of cow dung. The place was not even fully constructed.

The place was clean and well maintained, everything from Wifi, hot showers, room heater, food was available. Thanks to Anand, Priya n Mathew who were very kind and helpful anytime we called them. Anya Paradise will definitely be our stay the next time we visit Ooty. Thanks n you'll deserve a 5 star. Cheers
