Steps were really high while entering and there should be someone to handle the luggage of tourists. In the night there were 2 cockroaches. If someone is scared of cockroach then it's not a good place. I'm happy because we are not scared 😄 There are no chairs to sit near beach and it was dirty

Food is Amazing at reasonable price. Best food I ever had in Goa. Staff was welcoming. Room with sea is really good. Very clean and Hygenic

Breakfast was horrible, I was not able to eat at all. I do not recommend eating here , there are lots of party places, good restaurants around.

The stay is at the beach , 1 min walk.Beach was cleaner than rest and lots of privacy. The place is overall quiet and nice for a short stay.The property is new so it is clean and value for money. It was high tide so we were not able to stay on the beach but if someone wants clean room and easy access to beach in Ashwem then this place is good.

Not appropriate if you want / need to work. I couldn’t connect to WiFi in any place, despite support from staff, my work was possible only on my mobile internet which had limits. For one person, but overpriced. Bring a friend.

If you don’t take the beach rooms, there’s no view at all and it’s completely claustrophobic. It’s not maintained as well as we’d like it to be. Splattered walls and sheets. The food is below average. Booked for our first day on a long weekend. The prices were inflated. Paid 6k. Not worth it at all.

The location is great. It’s right on the beach. However, it is of no use in the monsoon.

Tashi - The manager at property is a lovely soul ...had an amazing time with her ..she is super lovely and helpful .. she makes it feel like you are at home Would recommend a must stay here.

The surrounding area of Ashwem, not a lot to choose from at evening, and the idea, most bars along the beach and river front have, to charge absolutely top price for beers and spirits and then to add a service charge and gov taxes makes for an unpleasant shock when the bill comes. However it only comes once as no one in their right mind would go in again. But as mentioned above the shack next to the hotel cannot be bettered, for price and menu

The hotel and it's proximity and access to the beach is great. Lovely big room with king sized double bed with European mattress. Plenty of sunbeds on the beach in front of hotel and a superb shack adjacent. Helpful staff and pleasant guys on reception. Overall I would recommend for a short stay, but be prepared that it is a relax place.

Location is the best. Direct access to the beaçh.Very clean property and peacefull..We stayed for 4 days and we just loved it. The beach view room has amazing view. All the top best restaurants and good places are very close by.
