Apart from the bathtub, everything else is mid. Cleanliness is lacking. There was dried urine on the toilet seat. The place is old and not properly maintained. Staff claim many amenities (even ice) usually available at hotels can be procured for a special fee, and will lie about them not being easily available nearby. Seems a little unprofessional. You have stores and can find practically everything in walking distance so best to do that instead. (Disclaimer: Paharganj has narrow streets which are packed, dusty/dirty)

The bathtub and jacuzzi work and having this option for the price is great. It is located close to the railway station, which helps if you have an early train. One could reason it’s value for money.

The sheets for the room we stayed in weren’t really nice for the skin. The windows aren’t soundproofing so one can hear the noisy street below, but it is bearable.

Very good and spacious rooms. The staff was very polite and helpful with everything. We got the room we actually booked. The bathrooms are awesome.

Some of the sheets were a bit rough on the skin and the breakfast wasn’t exactly what we expected from the kind of hotel it is.

The room was exactly as the pictures showed and it was very comfortable. The bathtub was very nice and it was overall a very nice experience also because of the very friendly staff. The staff accommodated our requests and they even got a package for us upon request.

First they gave us a one hour late check in, The second day of my stay was the worst because there was a.c not working.We slept with the fan , t v was not working from the first day, we informed thrice at reception but nothing happened in the second night when we complained about a.c the person who is going to come he told the reception guy that "unhe Jane do fr jaunga" we waited 15 minutes for him then I called at reception and told them that we are waiting now we are in room then the guy came after 5 minutes and did the temperature down but nothing happened so we decided to sleep with fan, which we only fixed it, first day I have complaint about bed bugs also but no help, we normally book executive rooms there and this was our third stay but this was worst, and this time room size also was small.

The hotel is located in paharganj area and is right in the middle of a big market Area. You might get a feel of being in a congested place as you step out of the hotel.

The hotel is in very close proximity to new delhi railway station and other sight seeing or places of interest.it is in the middle of a market area and so while it appears congested..for a true market lover this place is really great.Right from spices, perfumes to bags ..everything is at stone throw distance..For vegetarians there is Gurudev dhaba and Bikanerwala at around 300 Mtrs from the hotel.Sadar Bazar the old and big market area is also nearby.

Bathroom hot water don't working spa don't perfect also, Important point don't good service 😕we naver saw smile the receptionist for we 4 nights in there stray so Actually just one person man saw smile in kitchen room We are don't mind being old hotel naaa , it's not worth the price paid.. or are you guys unhappy with the customers staying there?? Cockroaches a few especially under kettle. Chair and sofa was full dirt so you won't like to sit on them.
