You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndiaVilla needs a lot of maintenance and there were only 3 rooms but specified was 5 rooms and for the price you pay there are no proper basic amminities . Although we checked out by 11am we were given numerous reminders in a not so curtious way .

IndiaWe did not get proper help from the staff when we had difficulties reaching the property. We had to find the way ourselves. Our check-in time was supposed to be 2-3 PM. However we reached there at 4pm only to be told by the caretaker that a guest is still occupying one of the rooms and will be leaving in 10 mins. The one room was actually occupied by a couple and they were found to be secretly leaving the property through the back gate. We can only imagine what was happening there. We later found out that the caretaker of the property was drunk as well. We immediately brought this to the notice of the management and they did remove the drunk caretaker from the job(we were told so). They offered a refund for that one room and asked us to cancel the booking on booking.com. But We refused to do so. Because it was the Christmas long weekend and it was already 5pm we had no option but to continue staying in the property. The management did provide some sort of solution to the issues but our whole trip mood was ruined because of this.
The property was spacious with a big balcony. There was good parking space available.
