Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Mr .Shahrukh the caretaker was absolutely ,helpful the premises need Shahrukh kind of person, so I felt very comfortable and enjoyable stay, I recommend to all with family and couples to have a pleasant trip

The hot water wasn't working, and perhaps it had to be repaired, but as I was also busy and it was super warm, It wasn't a massive issue for me.
We were checked in, and that took like 3-5 minutes is all. They were organized and prompt!

I came for 8 night at the beginning and I extended for another 2 weeks and have to move apartment some time which I don't like, but I understand the place was booked and I should inform them earlier, it's not their fault at the end, was mmy fault. but I most say they did the best to host me and not made me book somewhere else. again thank you so much
was very close to clinic the reason I came to hyderabad and india. felt comfortable in room 301 with balcony. staff are great and very helpful especially one of the staff who is really helpful and always smiling and he always there if you need anything his name saharukh, I really can't thanks him enough, also the manager to me I call him the quit person, he is very quite and smiley very kind and helpful too. thank you guys at badchambers. hopefully will see you in the future. very recommended place. kitchen have everything you need which was a plus.

Beautifully decorated spacious airy apartments with huge balconies opening up to canopy of trees. Well maintained,clean rooms with kitchen equipped with ample supplies enough to cook. Felt right at home , Centrally located closer to cafés and restaurant. Sharukh Bhaiyya the caretaker at the property ,tends to all the requirements and needs ,very grateful to him . Definitely booking this property again.

Plumbing needs a lot of work. The kitchen and toilet sinks leak. There is a lot of moisture (maybe mould as well) accumulating in the rooms. Towels need to be changed - all of it. Urgently. The towels are not comfortable and are dirty. Bathroom needs a good scrubbing as well.
The location was excellent, right in the heart of the tech city. The apartment was well serviced with comfortable beds, lighting, bathroom (along with a working bath-tub), kitchen, and living area. It is a studio apartment and is an excellent one at that. Although, not all the apartments are as good as the one we stayed in. We were initially checked into a different room which had plumbing and cleanliness issues. We were shifted to a better apartment on request.

The place is well-located and the staff are awesome. Arshad, Manish and Govind keep everything clean and tidy. They are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to anyone.

The property is well located, the staff (especially Shahrukh) was super friendly ... but it left a lot to be desired. There was no "common area" to speak of and cleanliness of bedding, towels etc could certainly have been a lot better. At best, we got warm water on each of the 5 days that we were there. Not OK for the price!

The kitchen was put namesake. The kitchen appliances were filthy. They weren't cleaned or perhaps not used in years. The furniture were flimsy and we were careful to keep things on them.
We loved the area of the apartment. There was minimum interference from the hosts.

No place to walk without traffic, no foot path. Its too busy area with lots of traffic.
