The receptionist is bad as I booked 15 days ago and upon arrival he told me to wait for the room to be cleaned knowing that my check-in time was at 12 o'clock, but they let me into my room at 4:30 pm and the receptionist apologizes because my booking was today knowing that I booked 15 days ago, and when I asked him for compensation he told me that I could not be compensated and I asked to file a complaint but he told me to complain on the Booking.com website

The only downside was that the service was a bit slow, and there was no paid transportation available to go out and explore the surrounding area.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment 😊🫶🏻. The rooms were very clean with a breathtaking 360° view 🏞️😍. The resort is spacious and full of fun activities, so you don’t even need to leave the property 🎵💃🏻. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety 😋 The staff were extremely friendly and always smiling, especially Sneha, Manoj, Abin, and Albin — they even surprised us with a cake and a gift for staying with them for a long time 💖

The only very little thing is the last kilometer to arrive to the hotel: the road is in really bad shapes and even taxi drivers are not enjoying it at all.

Everything. The hotel is in the middle of nature with breathtaking views from the room and from the gardens. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The staff is dedicated to making sure you have a perfect stay. The food is also incredible while still very affordable. Wandering in the gardens or swimming at the pool is very relaxing. And last but not least, we have tested almost all activities provided by the hotel (morning yoga, cooking demonstrations…) including the zip line, and we recommend everyone to do the same. It was a lot of fun and great cultural experiences.

All the staff were pleasant but we did feel that the dinner service was a little unorganised. Bare in mind that the property is quite a distance from the town up a very uneven track

The view from the view point was amazing. We did morning yoga up there which was really nice. The food was amazing - food menu is great. There are loads of activities to keep you occupied such as yoga dancing, high tea etc. Staff are really friendly. Breakfast is great.

The road to the resort wasn't good. It's not resort's fault but they can bring it to the authority's attention to fix the road.

Their customer. Service, restaurants service and food was very good. Property was super clean. Big size bed room and wash room. Enough room for luggages. Altogether this property is excellent.

Food was good, however it could be better. We loved the buffet option as it has variety of options to choose from, but few dishes we ordered as an ala cart were just ok.
