When the Ganga is in full spate and flowing during the rainy season without boat services to the hotel, reaching the Hotel from anywhere becomes a challenge, what with walking through the crowded gullies and short rides by cycle rickshaws (lot of hard work for the rickshaw pullers).

Hotel and restaurant Staff and were extremely helpful; Notable mentions- M/s.Fahad; Ali; Rudresh; Hassim and Salabbar; Ms.Kushi at the reception was a gem of a person and needs to be recognized for her very helpful nature. Various programmes at the Hotel kept us entertained throughout the day

The room are really small and overpriced! Brijrama can charge you this amount of money because of the location

Staying at this luxury hotel in Varanasi was truly a royal experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and outstanding hospitality: every detail was handled with great precision and elegance. The serene and refined atmosphere, combined with flawless service, made our stay unforgettable. We celebrated a friend’s birthday and were surprised by the staff with a beautifully prepared cake—an incredibly thoughtful and discreet gesture. The following day, we found a framed photo memory waiting for each of us in our rooms, a touching and symbolic reminder of the hotel’s exceptional care and attention. The cuisine of Chef Akhilesh was outstanding, featuring refined dishes and authentic flavors that beautifully captured the culinary spirit of India. We’d like to sincerely thank the entire staff for their professionalism and kindness throughout our stay, and especially mr Bhupesh Rai and mr Sahdeep for the extra care and special attention they gave us. I think the only issue was the steep stairs from ghat to hotel entrance. Looking forward to a creative solution on that one

The highlight of the property is its service and location. The property is beautiful. It is right on the ghat so all the temples are in close proximity. The staff was exceptional - they made sure that my stay was super comfy and safe (travelled solo). Special shout out to Abhiliash, Cecilia, Akhilesh, Fahad, Umesh, Dharamraj and Sandeep. Yup long list, thats how good the ppl were

The dinner menu was hit and miss.

The manger, Bhupesh was fantastic and pulled out all the stops. Rudresh was as a brilliant waiter, as was the rest of the staff. Breakfast was flawless, although dinner was hit and miss.

Transfer was a bit tricky though it was wonderful experience but hotel excess was a bit challenge

The location is excellent! Close to ganga Arti and Kashi Vishwanath temple. The only thing is rooms and bathroom are REALLY small. And you feel clostorphobic. But it makes up by the warmth of staff and amazing hospitality. There was an issue with late check out. Hotel said they have no intimation from bookings.com but the front desk manager was too kind to accommodate. I highly recommend this property.
