How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Verified reviewRooms were clean and higenic as shown in pics... Facilities also as per the standards mentioned by the hotel. Hotel staff and owner Mr Rajeev all were so co-operative that we hadn't found and difficulty in anything.. Location is so prominent that it's just 5-10 min away from railway station, market, Bird Sanctuary and all historical monuments.

Verified reviewStaff politeness. Ordered very less food items but all were good in taste and I read comments of other reviews that their food is very good. Owner said they take good amount of time to cook mutton to which I can derive that they prepare fresh and with proper process, hence results would be fantastic. One of the waiters also told me to try their special "egg masala" but I was not in a mood to eat spicy food then. Owner is very courteous and even arranged a drop (bike or car he asked but I said bike was ok) to the bird sanctuary which was my purpose of visit; also during my second complaint call for getting disturbed by a wedding family group, he himself came to hotel from his home very late at night and tried to control the situation. Location is good since I like hotels to be on-road rather than in narrow lanes, and hardly 3 km away from the bird sanctuary.
It is an average gentry hotel, so do not expect very good and decent crowd. I mean families were there but sharing my experience (and hence the conclusion). There was a group of lot many families who started creating hell lot of noise in the gallery area from 6:30 pm in evening till almost 10:30 - 11:00 pm at night. After making 2 subsequent complaints, the staff and the owner threatened them not to disturb other customers. So, it was better after that but not 100% quiet. Then they all had to checkout early, so next day about 5:30 am they again were very noisy as if it they were in their house. They did not have regards to any other visitors, this time mostly people are sleeping. I did not complain this time as I, myself, was awake at 5:30 am since I needed to checkout the moment there is some light outside. Also, no one offered to pick the luggage during check-in or check-out. Although I am ok with it since I was having 1 small carry bag and a small suitcase which were very light-weighted, but such hospitality can be expected with people travelling with friend(s) or family (I was travelling solo). Just an improvement point for the hotel owner and staff members.

Hotel is very thankful to you that you point 👉 out lack in our services like there were no person to carry your luggage.... next time I promise you will not face these kind of things .... On the other hand my personal opinion I was there at the time of your check in sir .... as you mentioned and as I saw you have a tiny beg so no one offered you to carry your luggage... But I know we were wrong at that moment and we are extremely sorry for that sir... Now come on the part of wedding families.. Sir all guests are same for us. we regard them and treat them in same manner we give services 24 hours, as you complaint that they were making noise and you make a call and all we tried to control the situation and we controlled it successfully. It was not the fault of hotel sir ..... We are family hotel 🏨 and if families are creating problems for other co- guests it's a very complicated situation but we handle it successfully Now at last .... want to ask one thing sir ... problems are created by co-guests but ratings HOTEL 🏨 ki down ho gai.... I think it's not fair sir our overall rating is 7 from your side sir. But thanks a lot sir and hope we serve you soon again sir.

Helped with local tourist activities and dropped me back at the rail way station. The kitchen provide a great meal too. Excellent value for money.
