Staff not super friendly. Rooms little dirty. Had to switch rooms multiples times as AC didn't work in the first two rooms I was in, and the staff wouldn't believe me. Had to argue with them to switch rooms and then finally they sent the AC guy who confirmed it was broken. Then had to do it AGAIN for the second room. Quite ridiculous and wouldn't stay again.

Wifi is poor. The carpet is not very clean and even after asking for a non-smoking room, it smelled of smoke. In-house restaurants don't have much choice especially for solo customers.

The staff is really helpful. The room has a water kettle and fridge. They also provide small first-aid kits, toiletries and sewing kits. Geyser facilities are really nice. They have an in-house restaurant. Location is safe.

Rooms smilled beding was old and uncomfortable referagertor was useless towels were old and rough , staff communication was very poor and slow.

I never stayed only as the receptionist behaviour was very bad. The card machine was not working and I asked the receptionist if he could guide me to ATM. He shared a try cold vibe and the experience was so always that I decided not to stay only. Receptionist really needs a reality check about himself. He has showcased very poor behaviour. He has no ethics which a person in hospitality should have.

The beds of some rooms are too soft. The staff needs to replenish the tea /coffee and other amenities in the room on a regular basis. The guest have to keep asking for those.

Nothing to like, regret the booking I made through booking.com. air bnb would have been better than this shaby hotel. Very rude night managers harras women post midnight. Solo women travelers need to avoid staying here at all costs. Very horrible experience

Horrible rooms, carpets so dirty gave me rash, made complaint to manager, didn't give me till very late next day, post 3 pm that too after numerous complaints. This hotel is for shady people, don't check in if you are a working person , in Delhi for official purposes. Only people who rarely stay in hotel would find this hotel good. Stay away if you value your money. Not worth the horrible mattress, unhygienic rooms, unclean sheets and towels they provide.

Rowdy guests, door banging happening, felt like I was in some dormitory. Night manager was unhelpful asked me to move to another hotel, if I didn't like this hotel. This he said post 12:30 pm. Women travelers should avoid this hotel completely. People who want to work or have online meetings should avoid this hotel. The staff too is noisy, plays songs / TV loudly while cleaning rooms.
