This place is truly a magical gem 💎 in the heart of Bangalore, very peaceful and serene. We really enjoyed our stay and it was worth the price. The room had lots of charm, it was spacious and clean. Hot shower in the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful. Because we checked-in late and our flight was in the evening the next day, they allowed us a late check out. I will definitely come back in the future.

Cosy and friendly. Location brilliant. Delicious breakfast. Great Garden to sit in like being out of the big city in a lush open space when you got home. Very good hotel organised transfer to airport great for international travellers.

1. If you are travelling in your own car, be prepared to park the car on the very narrow by-lanes, or on kerbs on wider streetss, a little beyond. In house parking is available for only one car. 2. The hotel serves only breakfast. Lunch or dinner has to be ordered through zomato/ Swiggy etc or one has to personally fetch them from Restaurants nearby. Of course, that food can be consumed, either in the room or at the Cafe/ Lobby. 3. When you arrive at the hotel, if you find the gates closed, there is a placard put up, directing you to press a call bell "on the right" or call up a certain mobile number. Of course, they are very prompt in coming to open the gate. The problems are two. (a) That bell is not just on the right, but at Right and above, even for a tall person and was missed by me. (b) The bell is pretty dark in colour and will certainly not be visible in the night.

A mini library at the Lobby, for book lovers, who also have the time to indulge in reading. 9. Good Room cleaning service every day.

A peaceful oasis in a busy city. It has a unique charm that is partly the old style property with it's beautifully kept outside sitting and eating areas and partly the friendly and attentive services of the staff at Casa Cottage.

Breakfast was delicious. The employees were very helpful and accommodating, and it was easy to book a shuttle from the airport for 1800 INR. When I arrived the currency exchange was closed, so they lent me some cash to get dinner and let me pay them back the next day.

Some rooms can be a little small. We know there are larger rooms in the property and would have chosen these if we had understood the size of the room earlier. We will next time.

The room that I stayed in -needed to be done up. It was a bit tired.Clearly the linen has seen better days. The smell in the bathroom& the noise of the exhaust was jarring..One suggestion would be to show the guests everything about the room (switches for hot water, Air con etc)on check in.

Breakfast was excellent. The ambience was very good with an old world charm.The greenery & quietness in the midst of a manic city was surprising.The location is a bonus.Extremely safe for solo female guests.

Delicious breakfast, the room, and the whole ambience were well set up with all the facilities as provided in the description. That place was a gem in the heart of the city. The outside seating was a bonus.
