Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndiaWith room tariff over 3000 inr there is no complimentary b/fast. No tea coffee milk sachets in room. No bathroom toiletries except some pre filled shower gel. Please consider this in future.
Bed size and room size are good. Location is good. Rooms are designed in a bit old fashioned which is good.

CanadaDislikes: - The hotel does not accept credit cards for payments, and its management company, Oyo, seems to accept only Indian credit cards. As such this created a lot of stress on the check-in, when I had to run around to find ATMs where I can withdraw enough cash to pay for my stay. - The room listings on Booking dot com incorrectly state that the rooms have kitchens. This is utterly misleading but neither the hotel nor Oyo seem to do any anything about it. - Oyo guest support service was useless when tried multiples times to call them in order to pay for my stay with a credit card. - Oyo kept harassing me with text messages asking to pre-pay for my stay, threatening to cancel my reservation, even though the room listing on Booking dot com clearly and explicitly stated that no prepayment is necessary and that I can cancel the reservation any time without a penalty. - My room had no closet hangers, and the hotel staff provided only 5 when I requested. Further requests for additional hangers were quietly ignored. - The shower faucet was leaking from day 1, and the leak became only bigger with time, making a lot of noise. When I asked it to be fixed, the hotel staff offered me to move into a different room, rather than bring a plumber. - The hotel management seems to care little about the property and the experience of the guest. Simple examples: While the furniture in the hotel appears well made, it (particularly soft furniture) needs urgent refreshment. The phone and several power outlets in my room were out of order. The printer at the front desk is out of toner and one can barely see what it prints. - Hotels in India are supposed to provide C-forms for foreign guests. When my event requested such a form, I’ve asked the hotel staff. It took the hotel manager more than 10 days to provide me with the form. Meanwhile, the front desk staff kept promising to give me the form “tomorrow”. - The WiFi connectivity was all over the place. Sometimes it was good enough for a
I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. Overall, the hotel is reasonable and fairly quiet, if the room is in the back of the building. Still, I’d try to find different options if I were to stay in the area again. Likes: - My room was in the back corner of the building. It was much quieter than in the road-facing rooms. The room has high ceilings and two large windows with mosquito nets. - The furniture in the room was well designed and built. - The front desk staff was friendly and gave me an opportunity to pay part of my balance later (rather than on check-in), as the local ATMs usually limit withdrawals to 10,000 INR. - The room cleaning person did a great job in timely fashion. - The hotel is fairly quiet. - The room had a private bathroom with a hot shower. - The AC was pretty good. - There are several good restaurants nearby.

India- Bed sheets could be better maintained and cleaned.
- The on-site restaurant offers excellent food at good prices—easily among the best in the area. Having it in the hotel is very convenient. - Centrally located yet set back from the main road, so the location is both accessible and peaceful. - Free four-wheeler parking is available. - The staff is cordial and accommodating. - The hot water shower works very well. - A convenient lift is available for those with luggage.

IndiaReview: If you’re relying on the pictures shown on this website, be warned: they’re nothing more than false advertising. What I experienced during my recent stay was not just disappointing—it was appalling. 🛏️ Rooms & Cleanliness: The first room allotted to me was disgracefully maintained—stains across the walls and linen, and worse, bed bugs crawling on the mattress. Upon complaining, they reluctantly shifted me to another room, which was no better. Dust layered every surface, and stains marked the pillows and mattress like neglected relics. Hygiene appeared to be a forgotten concept. 🚿 Bathroom Horrors: Outdated fittings, a toilet that looked untouched by cleaning staff for days, and half-used, grimy bottles of hand wash and shower gel. The bathroom itself felt like it belonged to a condemned building. 📺 Amenities—or the Lack Thereof: The TV was out of service due to an expired set-top box subscription. A basic amenity that clearly no one cared to fix. 🍳 Breakfast Farce: Don’t be fooled by the term "buffet." The offering was two items—upma and bread omelette. That’s it. No variety, no effort, no hospitality. The breakfast felt more like a hostel canteen than a hotel. 🙅♂️ Service? What Service? There was zero room service available throughout my stay. The front desk manager made a few attempts to pacify the situation but even he seemed overwhelmed by the sheer neglect permeating the property. His efforts, while appreciated, were far from enough to salvage my ruined work trip. ⚠️ Final Verdict: This hotel turned out to be a complete disaster. From misrepresentation to negligence, every aspect of my stay was marred by poor standards and apathy. I highly advise Booking.com and other platforms to investigate and immediately delist this property. Guests deserve honesty and hygiene, not a horror show dressed as accommodation. Do yourself a favor—avoid this hotel
