The balcony of my room was very small, kindly specify the same in websites.

The location was spacious, clean and facilitates privacy. You can be out of the common crowd of Goa at the same time experience the vibe.

Nothing really! Just the rooms could do with a bit of TLC.

Always a good choice , very enjoyable. All the staff are amazing, friendly, polite. They all work so hard! . The actual setting is lovely. Easy access to beach and taxis.

People had placed towels around pool with no intention of using them, think staff should have removed these every hour to enable everyone the opportunity to sit and enjoy the pool

The complex felt like a small village within the Baga region, enabling you to get away from the Hussle and bussle,, yet close enough to all bars restaurants and night life .

The front desk should not take decision what kind of bed customer need. I booked a family room and at the time of check-in front desk was giving me room with 2 beds, who are they to decide this without asking me. On 31st Oct due to rain phone line in my room stopped working. I tried calling all the numbers mentioned in the menu card given in the room all three numbers are not working. When you call the board line it goes to Hayatt. Luckily I had reception number but there Mayuresh was so busy that after hearing my room number he disconnected the phone, later I tried multiple times he simply pick and hang up the phone. No accountability from reception to call back the guest. When I went there and asked Mayuresh said he was busy attending other guest. Was i staying free of cost, am I not a guest. Bad experience, very bad response to a guest

The suit was spacious , clean and we got the first villa from the beach. Lots for greenery around . Pool was good and with proper Depth.

We where here in off-season, therefore there was many things on the menu the restaurant could not serve. But it may be too few sunbeds in poolarea in highseason

Very pleasant and service-oriented staff. They were very attentive and available at all times. Spacious and clean rooms. Refill of coffee and water in the room every day. Good and hot water in the shower. Great location in relation to the beach; only 1-2 minutes from the reception (although we were there during the monsoon, so we couldn't stay on the beach). We used the pool, which had comfortable sunbeds, and the staff was always there to provide mattresses and towels. Cozy bar and restaurant with very friendly staff.

The breakfast options were limited and could have been open for longer hours. More tourist information I.e., leaflets could have been useful to have at Reception. Very little entertainment at the hotel. No AC in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel was close to Baga beach. The restaurant Manager Preet was very friendly and provided us with a packed breakfast on our last day as we had to check out early hours. It was nice to spend time at the pool.

Mosquitoes in the balcony. Reception lady was not so polite. It can be a problem with that staff and not with hotel. So that was okay.

French colony-like buildings with big rooms Back gate to beach - Just 2 min walk to beach and shack (near to famous Bobby's shack) Hotel have a good standard. We feel we are staying in a safe and reputed place. Have Parking facility and the street towards the hotel is beautiful. Near to Calangute/Baga streets

staff struggled with simple English so it took forever to sort simple task. breakfast was aimed at locals with only one English option per day e.g. chicken nuggets!! and only 2 options for fruit.
