Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomAir conditioner didn’t work properly, though the guy came in promptly and said it’s in DRY mode, he changed mode but still there was problem, finally was sent fan. Insect was seen crawling on floor in the morning. Floor mop towel looked like there for ages. Bed linen looked like not washed for weeks. Chair looked like there for decades with paint spots. Complete mess. I don’t know if this is raddison group but when I logged on hotel WiFi, it did show radisson.

IndiaI don't know where to start. The pool on the top, please don't swim, seems dirty. The gym is inadequate. And now the important things: I checked in around 18.00 in the evening and checked out the same night (at around 23.00). When I went to check out they could not find out that I had already paid and they were insisting on that (they only managed to figure out that I had paid by calling the lady that had checked me in earlier). The room was nice when most likely the hotel was first opened. There was mould everywhere, and things were broken. The sheets were dirty, and with stains and the pillow cases except from smelly, they also had stains. I asked for a change of towels, but it never happened. I basically barely managed to have a shower with what seems possibly washed towel but surely used a thousand times. To end with the attitude when I said all these things in my checkout, they literally did not give any care. I would not recommend this place. If you do not believe me, please see the pictures and know that I am often a traveller for both work and pleasure. Waste of 60 plus euros.. please see pictures. It does not deserve to be 4 stars and not in the radisson group..
The location is good as it Is very close to the promenade where everything Is going on and there is all the casinos and that.
