The inddor buffet area gets crowded at times as during summer its diffuclt to sit on the open terrace in the morning.Most importantly,it would help me if the bed could be a little hard,they are very soft,I prefer hard beds.

Not much view even from the 6th floor. Sink drainage problem. Smelly alley to the outdoor breakfast area,

1. We booked 2 rooms one of which was supposed to be the Premium room and the other was regular room. We found no difference between the two in terms of amenities and siz and there was no Extra Large Double Bed as was written in the options. We paid more than INR 4000 more for no extra comfort or amenities 2. We took the No Breakfast option and the price for breakfast for each pax was advertised as INR350 (4,0 Euro approx) When we were settling the bill the hotel insisted we pay INR650 plus tax (7 Euro plus tax) for each pax breakfast which we refused to pay. The staff had some explanation that they charge more raegrdless of what is mentioned in Booking.com which made no sense to us. We challenged this demand and we stuck to the price that was given in Booking.com. and settled the bill at INR350(4E). However later I got a call from the hotel Manager insisting we had paid less and they demanded we pay up the balance. We told the hotel to take up the matter with Booking.com and settle the issue. We are deeply dissatisfied by the Hotel's attitude towards this whole incident.

When checking out, the staff took for ever to get the language from the room upstairs to the lobby downstairs. The restaurant staff were hopeless. Serves us dinner and when we asked for water, they said they are getting which never happened. The bathroom got flooded while showering. When using the bathroom hand basin, the bathroom got flooded somehow. Had to get the maintenance guy at 11pm at night to fix the flooding and clean the bathroom & toilet so we could use it. They have functions in the restaurant and it's always noisy and unpleasant. You can't have a quit dinner with your family.

The location is very good. It's very close to a massive mall. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable with nice clean pillows and blankets.

Firstly it’s not 5 star property as it’s listed on booking.com, even staff claim it’s 4 star! The breakfast buffet spread was limited, repetitive and were served cold. We took half board. The dinner had a set menu with limited options and the waiter insisted on ordering less. The bathroom needs maintenance. The housekeeping staff needs more training. They were slow and inefficient in replacing the water bottles and towels. They allowed only two devices to be connected in wifi and didn't change the limit even after requesting..

Great location, room size. The security guard Mahesh Sharma and bablu were very helpful.

Breakfast could have a few more juices. Towels were torn a bit. No sleeping gown in the room. There is no room heater for the winter. Staff has a tendency for indirectly asking for tips.

Quick check in and check out. Friendly staff. Breakfast options are limited but okay. Location is next to Select City Walk Mall, the best mall in Delhi. A bookstore is nearby. Taxi is available all the time. Front desk staffers were very nice and kind.
