We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaRooms were out dated and dark. Hot water took a minimum of 15 mins to warm up. Discovered on first day that only instant coffee was included in our breakfast - when I ordered ice I was charged for this.
The location was good for the sightseeing we wanted to do. The restaurant Noa within the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was served in this restaurant. The stage were friendly. Also the staff at reception allowed me to alter my booking nights when I realised I had booked for 5 nights instead of only the 4 that I needed.

SwitzerlandIt’s run down old premises and needs maintenance. The exhaust and drainage in toilets may need a complete overhaul as backflow happens pence in awhile.
In the midst of air polluted Delhi, the property has a greener outlook, quiet and clean roads away from the traffic. The staff are very helpful and the restaurant offers nice and ample breakfast.

SwitzerlandIt’s a run down facility, not nicely maintained and lacks modern infrastructure. The toilets, exhaust, drainage need a a complete overhaul as sometimes a fouls smell emanates.
The location and neighbourhood is quiet, clean and peaceful. The lawns are nice and give a feeling of leisure. The staff is courteous and helpful and they try to do their best. The breakfast on order comes quickly and is well ans amply prepared
