I recently stayed at Essentia Udaipur, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and the dedication of its employees. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles and a refreshing welcome drink, making check-in a breeze. Their professionalism and attentiveness set a positive tone for my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms that offer both comfort and style. Housekeeping was meticulous, ensuring my room was always spotless and well-stocked with amenities. Dining at the hotel was a highlight, particularly at the Blue salt restaurant where the staff provided attentive service. What truly stood out was the genuine care exhibited by all employees especially Neha & Nazish. Overall, the hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury and outstanding service. Every employee I encountered contributed to an unforgettable experience, making me eager to return. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property is simply fabulous. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with complete privacy. Inspite of extreme hot climate the maintenance of green cover in the property is good. For jogging enthusiasts, the property offers good terrains to burn calories. Food variety and options are good, spa is yet to come. Swimming pool is very relaxing. The location is a bit on top of a mountain which is good. All staff are good, well mannered and they take care of you from checkin till checkout, Nazish & Ritika were very good and have helped us a lot.

The resort hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff especially Mr. Nazish was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities. The resort grounds were well-maintained and offered stunning views of the surrounding landscape. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool and on-site restaurants served us delicious food. Overall, my stay at this resort hotel was a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. Special call out for Ritika & Paramjot at reception. We look forward to come back here soon.

Spa and Massage service is not operational. Outdoor Bar is not operational. Staff is Not trained appropriately. We had to call multiple times for requests to our room and had to wait long periods of time before the requests were met with. Did not provide us with appropriate number of towel sets to start with . No information was given in regards to where the breakfast would be served. We had to ask them for it. In room dining service is hit and miss. Delivered food on time on first order and then second order was delivered almost 1 hour later after we place the order. Did not have coffees made to order unlike other 5 stars. Power is an issue as the electriciity to the property kept going off and on frequently during our stay. The hotel staff will not inform you about this on check-in , so if you are travelling with a kid or a child , please ask them not to panic when they are using bathrooms and the power goes off as it may be completely dark. Room size for Premium Rooms with Balcony is good. Overall, just an average place to stay, not a multi star hotel or even a multi star service as advertised.

dirty rooms dusty I called and told them to double check the room as my wife and mother has a sever dust allergy but they didn't bother to do that.Secondly it was my birthday they told us they will provide a cake but when we asked they said you will get cake after 10:30pm which was very disapponting as it was 31st and its hardly take 20 min to prepare a cake also the staff was not well trained. not satisfied

Exhaust is bathroom not working properly. Stinks. Location is faaar away from city centre. Breakfast spread is poor for a 10k stay. Total chaos in the breakfast restaurant - we stayed for 3 nights, all three breakfast were poorly managed. No food replacement.. even tea was out of stock. Eggs tonorder disappeared on day 3..

They don’t have alcohol license and this is not specified anywhere. AC for gym not working properly. Only hotel asking for e-visa when arriving. Hotel staff rude. Hair drier not working. Super far away from city center. Overall VERY bad experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING IN THIS HOTEL!

Food wasn't fresh and must be few days old. They write pet friendly and cheat pet owners as pet is not allowed in outdoor dining as well. They tell owners to leave the pet in room during any meal in the restaurants. Pet friendly hotels always have an outdoor area where pet is allowed and family can eat together. Very rude staff.. it's more like a 1 star hotel.. don't know how booking.com shows it has 5*. Most reviews seem to be given by hotel staff or friends it seems.. Thorough scrutiny needed They told us to refund one nights money as we wanted to check out the next day bcoz of idiotic pet policy and finally didn't refund anything
