We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaI book one room with breakfast but when I ask for coffee with the breakfast they said for the coffee you have to pay, then I said it’s with breakfast right they reply sir the one we place in your room only that one is free with breakfast I think it’s unfair. I think you need to include coffee or tea with breakfast.
As you heard first impression is the last impression, so the guy in reception or you can say the guy taking your check in he is superb. The room was clean and awesome.

IndiaLandline was not working Extra charges for snacks and soft drinks already in the freezer in room, visitors don't know about that, charges at time of check out. Charger are very high like 2 redbull drink are of 500 and 40rs Maaza cost 150 rupee. Which is not satisfactory.

India1) Water geyser didn’t work. I had to take a cold shower in the month of January where temperature in Chadigarh is about 8 degrees. 2) Treebo had asked me to pay an advance towards room booking, and once I paid, it didn’t reflect in the Hotels system, so the front desk was not allowing me to checkout and kept arguing that I speak to Treebo and get and update or I pay the balance again and then take the refund from Treebo later. 3) The front desk shut the AC switch, so I was not able to set the room at a bit warmer temperature.

IndiaToo late even to get tea only after 8 am. Could offer at least tea coffee from 6 am and breakfast from 7 Staff needed to better groomed. They were poorly dressed, sleeping in reception area etc.
