They use something to smoke out the plants - I just hope it wasn’t pesticides.

Environmentally friendly. Very clean and they use filtered water so we didn’t get sick once drinking tap water. Food was delicious and the kids loved the pool and daily activities. Beds were comfortable and rooms were cosy. Fantastic extra services like tea man coming around to the rooms or night cap hot chocolate for the kids. Extremely close to the safari.

Very nice property with different types of accommodation and a number of activities. The hotel helped with the safari booking with pick up and drop off at the hotel - that was very convenient.

We stayed two nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Loved the hotel room with balcony, that is surrounded by trees and creepers. Room was very spacious, clean, has all amenities. Loved the breakfast and dinner too. The service provided by the staff was extraordinary. They are very hard working, well mannered, always ready to help. What I liked the most about the hotel is the complimentary snacks in the evenings and hot milk after dinner. It felt like home. I thank everyone in the hotel for giving us a memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

All the staff and the facilities provided were amazing! Special mention: 1] Welcome ritual which showed us how they value the customers 2] Housie activity, which the staff had planned one evening, was well organized and we had lots of fun! 3] Dining hall staff are very attentive and polite - they made sure that we were able to enjoy our meals to the fullest 4] Artist with the 'ektara' instrument (might have got the name wrong) plays a variety of Hindi songs beautifully I am sure I have missed few more things. Overall our stay was very memorable. Thank You!

Beautiful property with nature. Covered with trees. Wooden work in rooms made it beautiful. Balcony with a view of monkeys on tree was scary but interesting amd enjoyable. Food was good. Activities planned were good. Prompt staff. Very good treatment.

2 of our 4 rooms had no hot water on both dates of our stay despite reporting the issue after the first morning of our stay . Staff response and attitude unsatisfactory Shower handles in poor state of maintenance In one of our rooms we could not stop the water and housekeeping slow to respond

Nice, clean resort & rioms, friendly staff, esp. Dining hall. Excellent variety of food (we vegetarians enjoyed). Evening entertainment karoke, etc. Pool table.

Swimming pool cold but if the hotel invests in solar , then it can heat the pool up to 27 C . degrees . It is also free after initial investment 👌

Location, Ambience, Food, Activities. Most importantly Mr Kartik from Fern was very helpful and cooperative. He was always available. Helped to solve many queries which made our stay very comfortable.

Small feedback: 1. Toilettries' dispensers in the bathroom were a bit hard to use. One of the three had hence come off from the wall by previous guest). 2. shower gel used is very 'soapy' such that it does not clear off easily. Rather, it takes lot of water. shower area floor tends to remain slippery, hence dangerous.
