How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Verified reviewWorst property too small room n bathroom. BF was worst I waited morethan 15 minutes just for plats spoons bowls. Each food items was tacking too long to come. Waited morethan 15 minutes for each food items it was buffet but all bowls was empty and at least 10+ guest where waiting for them. It was not start of day it was during 9.00am they have started @6.30 It took me 1 hour to complete BF due to their slow n worst service. it was one one the worst experiance in terms of service.

Break fast was a disaster. Items were not good or tasty. There were no enough plates to have breakfast and their staffs were waiting for people to finish their breakfast so that they can wash it and give to people waiting for plates , that was ridiculous.

Verified reviewLocation is very convenient—easy access to Whitefield offices. I travelled for work. It's safe for solo travelers. If you're a director level and travelling alone for work. I highly recommend staying in mid of tech parks like Holiday Inn. Very nice, and I felt relaxed. Please add SPA, and then we will feel more relaxed. Charges are very affordable.
The bathroom is clean, but perhaps the water color was not nice to see the toilet water in a different color.

Verified reviewI landed in Holiday Inn Express after 10 days of my Shirdi padayatra. Luckily the complimentary laundry was a blessing in disguise. All three female staff at reception were helpful.
I think the restaurant needs some improvement. My son got an insect in the sambar rice. Idli was sticky, no taste, coconut chutney was a little old on 28th June, the poha also tasted a little old.

The room size and cleanliness was very poor Food quality was not consistence AC was not working properly I was ready to overlook the above issues as I had already paid the advance booking amount. The main issue arose when I wanted to extend my stay. Initially they refused and told me booking is full but I had already informed them on the day of my arrival that I might extend my stay by a day or two. At that time they had told me that is not an issue, I will be able to extend my stay. It was a harrowing experience to extend my stay. Some of the front desk staff were very rude, I had to speak to the manager to get the matter sorted out. All this left a bitter taste to my overall stay.
