Nothing bothered me there.

The staff was absolutely amazing very cheerful and the another thing that liked was when me and my wife was having food the one of the staff would just look over our kid while we enjoy our food which I found very rare in many hotels please keep this up .the food was awesome. And loved everything thing over there . I loved the spread of the breakfast especially the American style .

Room service / housekeeping response time needs improvement. Had a connecting door with the other room( one can hear the noise in the other room) . It was supposed to be CP plan but came know that it didn't included breakfast.

Property is good, location is also great. It mid sized compact property .overall good experience.

Liked the location as it is right next to Miramar Beach and a lot of nice restaurants. The staff was courteous and the rooms were really clean. I had made a special request to decorate the room, which was followed. Our stay was short but quite comfortable and convenient.

The location was superb. Just off the beautiful Miramar beach, with numerous excellent restaurants close by and very close to the main Panjim location it was the ideal location for first-time Goa vacationers like us. The restaurant at fortune Miramar had a very good choice of dishes, both local, continental and Indian. The preparation was very good for the few dishes that we tried. And in every sphere, the service was superb. A big thank you to the staff at all points, who looked after us very well.

I liked everything, check in was quick and easy. Front desk was so kind and helpful and made it easy as it was late. The hotel is making changes such as walkways being renewed but no issues for us. Suggestion - upgrading towels and bedsheets. Ensure new bedsheets are clean and no stubborn stains. I noticed the stains and house keeping very quickly changed the bedsheets.

Very good staff, house keeping were excellent and quick to assist. We had breakfast and dinner included and staff were excellent always helpful and assisted with choices. Rooms and bathroom clean and well kept. Communal areas were clean. Excellent location next to shops and beach.

Price was too steep compared to other Fortune hotels. Also, the room we got assigned didn’t have a good view. We didn’t check with the reception for changing it though.

Breakfast items are repeated on alternate days. Hence, in this regard, I believe two days at this property is advisable. To be clear, we are used to the Maharashtrian items. So repeating poha and upma on alternate days was unnecessary. Definitely, must improve on that. Also, no live counter during breakfast. This resulted in cold made-to-order dishes like dosas and hot beverages.

Some room service and pantry available in room should be included in room charges or not kept. At least paying so much for room and pay extra for pantry didn’t matched the grace of your hotel.

The taxi guy they have a tie up with is a bit dodgy, no fault of theirs but spoils the whole experience Food choices beyond the breakfast could be better too

There are a few things, which if attended, could make this hotel from good to great 1. Policies - No provision of charging your meals to one's account (in restaurant or thru room service) unless you have made some advance payment to the room account 2. Housekeeping - Found stains in cups provided in the room and requested for a replacement. Also, a few flies flying during the was quite annoying 3. Wash Basin in the bathroom has some blemishes and needs renovation 4. Reservation - The hotel has two websites - one on its own and one thru the ITC hotels portal which is sort of confusing. Also, the reservation staff didn't appear to be too helpful and I went thru Booking.com 5. Professionalism - This is an area which can be improved through some training to some of their staffs. I did share an incident with the General Manager, who was very open to the feedbacks and has also reverted on the follow ups initiated 6. ITC Brand - This was my first encounter with a Fortune group of hotel which belongs to the ITC - the name which carries high expectations. Though this may be the "comfort" range, the brand can consider some small facelifts to make the customers feel a bit pampered

1. Location - On the quieter part of Panjim - a short (200m) walk from the Miramar Beach 2. Rooms - Spacious rooms 3. Cleanliness - Excellent. Everything was spick and span 4. Complimentary Breakfast - very good (compared to Good rated in this website). A nice spread with Indian dishes being their strength 5. Restaurant - Again a very good though a bit pricey. 6. Service - excellent considering they served us dinner in restaurant beyond their closing hours of 11 pm. Special mention of Ms. Supriya and Mr. Harshal from the front desk and the restaurant staff 7. Price - Considering the fact that hotels in India are expensive, this hotel gives a good value for money. A few other big brand hotels in the vicinity costs much more
