1. The room was good but giving a low rating as it was not cleaned properly, there was pan spit (red stains) on the windows. 2. Also, the flush did not work as perfectly as expected. 3. After repeated requests for providing a early check-in and agreeing to pay the extra cost, we were not provided with the service and also the communication was not timely - the impression was made like the room was going to made available at the additional cost but in the end was not allocated.

There was no proper privacy in the room. Rooms were connected with common door and rooms were not sound proof.

1. Very limited options.......They should add more bakery products and breakfast options. 2. I had an early morning flight, so i made a request to pack my breakfast the next morning. But the serving staff initially refused to pack and said they don't have instructions and also don't have packaging to pack. After some debate, they packed Omelet in foil. This shows non-professionalism on part of hotel management and a lack of communication among staff.

Two things need attention - 1. The room has good amenities like bed, coffee maker, hair dryer, two chairs with a small center table, etc. There is a nice wooden table as well but no chair. This makes it difficult to work. 2. MOST IMPORTANT - the breakfast spread. I understand that for the kind of tariff they charge they cant give a wider spread. But the items can be lil' meaningful and eatable type. They have deep fried batata - vada (potato stuffed fritters served with Sambhar :) :) :) and not chutney. Sometimes they have sabudana kichdi and sambhar. I do not understand the logic. But, indeed hey have other items like bread toast and good coffee tea etc. SOLUTION: Have simple idli and sambhar & chutney an breads and eggs to order. Anyways, I will continue to stay here due to the location, other comforts and lovely staff like Vimal Raj, Dinesh etc.

I have been staying here regularly over the past one year. Good decent and cozy place. I will certainly repeat staying here. Cordial and great staff. Vimal Raj & Dinesh are sweethearts.
