Everything...complete scam... When you arrive in India you will notice the hotel is not next to the airport as it seems on booking.com it is somewhere completely different and costs 500rp to get to...they don't tell you about the train that is 1 stop away because they want to take advantage and use them to pick you up for the extra cash (when confronted they say this is just on booking.com we have requested they change this to our actual location...bullshit) The advertised rooms are fake The advertised dining area is fake The advertised vegetarian breakfast option is nonexistent, only vegan and only greasy rice and veg, so if you want a light breakfast too bad, greasy rice and veg or nothing. The desk staff is incredibly rude The WiFi may as well be non existent. The advertised price on booking.com is fake, once you arrive they charge you 2.5* the advertised price and when you question them what is going on, they come up with some bull shit saying the booking.com price shows only half the price (booking.com says nothing about this being half the price) then when you press then further asking well this is more than double the price, they say breakfast costs (even though booking.com states breakfast is included in the price) I arrived at 6:00 am, stayed 1 night more because I just couldn't be bothered to do anything about this scam, then it got to me and I requested a refund for the following 4 days and I will find another hotel after pointing out all of the above, desk staff initially rejected, so I said ok, walked out and called the police. the desk staff caught on and said they can return the 4 days except commission, so I said I will wait for the police and they will sort it out, then the receptionist folded like the obedient dog he is and game me my full refund for the remaining 4 days. The entire time the receptionist was acting in a rude, loud and aggressive nature towards me. Honestly I think most of the local hotels are running these scams...

Not friendly staff wanted me to pay 3000 when I was given the rate approx 700 RPS on booking.com. I genuinely feel like I wasted my time with this hotel. Went across the road and stayed in another place that was honest and also happy with an early check in which the fab hotel would not do also .

The staff behaviour was really rude also they charged me ₹2800 but in the app it showed ₹1348.50 they said per room charge without breakfast is ₹1400 and with breakfast it’s ₹1500. When i asked whether guests can come for sometime as i went there for a birthday party they said no there is no guest allowed what kind of hotel does not allow guest? I don’t understand. I said can i pay after checkout they also denied that and said can only be paid in advance otherwise you can search another hotel literally that’s what they said.
