The WiFi was a little slow for work calls so I did have to stand in the hallway directly below the router a couple of times. Also there were some very loud bangs in the night which woke us up, I believe from others in the hallways. Nothing too crazy, but worth noting if you’re a light sleeper. Finally the lemon soda that was served to us smelled really strongly of sulphur, so I don’t know whether these are made fresh.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. They went the extra mile to support us when we were having some taxi troubles. They upgraded us free of charge, they stored our luggage for us, answered our questions, and were just generally lovely. The room was stunning - spacious, comfortable, clean, and the A/C worked marvellously. It was a perfect respite from the heat throughout the day. The location was great for either walking to a few restaurants or getting a Tuk Tuk elsewhere. We’d stay again!

This is the best hotel in India we found after 4 months of travelling, and hundreds of hotels.. ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL! It's truly up to European standards of cleanliness, comfort, calm, and quality service. Choose this hotel with confidence, bring your family, and you won't regret it. BRAVO GEMS SUITES! An huge extra bonus: it's in family friendly clean upscale Bank Park in one of the cleanest streets in India!!! It is a little hard to find, BUT that's a me-issue; I tend to look for out-of-the-way hidden gems (no pun intended). The driver, who I'm not sure is or isn't actual hotel staff, HIGHLY RECOMMENDS fabric or jewelry or carpet etc. "demonstrations" where of course you "don't have to buy anything but ..." you see where this leads. If it were possible to promote those as educational rather than sales, it would be nice. But I don't think that's how it works.

The staff was amazing. Check-in was easy, room service was always faster than expected, and the breakfast is good, with enough options. If the driver is in fact staff (rather than just using their space), I like his knowledge of places to visit. There were a couple that I wouldn't have seen if not for him.

The sofas and chairs in the lounge need cushions to put behind the seated person to be comfortable.

The hotel is located on a quiet side street. My first floor room was very quiet and, with dark curtains, easily remained dark even when the sun was full up. The location is very good for getting anywhere in the clty. I walked easily and safely (considering India's relentless traffic!) to nearby restaurants and corner groceries. The staff was friendly and responsive to the minor issues and questions that arose. I especially liked that each floor has a public lounge for guests.

The bed was a little uncomfortable for me.

The property was a nice small but intimate hotel. The staff specially Ravi were amazing. Everything was a Yes 😊 I even managed to get a late checkout. One night Ravi came to get me from a few meters away as I was an afraid of the dogs on that street.

They need to clean up the approach road

The entire set up.is just 2 years old but it seems the owners and the Team Gem takes utmost care of you asva guest and keep ups with the pace.

It is somewhat hard to set the temperature in the shower and the pressure is rather low.

We originally planned to stay for two nights and decided to stay a third night. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating in extending our stay last minute. We stayed in two different rooms and both were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The showers have a door which is not easy to find in India. The biggest perk of the hotel are the staff though - they are extremely helpful and very committed to satisfying their guests.

Excellent stay! Staff is very very helpful to make sure that we got everything we need. Room is big, you can let the room clean everyday if you want, Wifi connection is good and the food is excellent. Im on a diet and the chef makes a meal accordingly to my needs.I recommend Gems Suites to everybody visiting Jaipur.
