Good value for money.

Towels were old. The fittings inside the rooms were rusting. Else place is excellent

Breakfast was good.

Room could have been better.

Wonderful Location , Reception staff is very kind and hospitable

Restaurant service staff was very disappointing , when having dinner and breakfast no attention was given at all have to ask many times for small things , they looks too casual

The rooms were not clean, the towels were dirty, the room and bed was bent and difficult to sleep.

Other than the food and location everything was bad

Room AC perhaps needed gas fjlling, with cooling below par

Nandita and Sunaina on reception is lifeline of Ginger IRR they both are super active. They have super sharp focus on detailing ...!! They both intern work hard to earn respect.

Cleanness and Afsar are biggest challenge in the hotel premisses. No smile face, always in atitude and no politness. Ridiculous behavior.. I not even prefer to talk such ... He is good for nothing.

The breakfast room/restaurant has a bright and cheerful vibe to it. The quality of the breakfast was surprisingly good. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. There are a number of nice pubs and restaurants close to the hotel.

The rooms look drab and dated with minimal fittings and furniture. The bathroom/toilet is badly designed - not a single grab rail to hold on to. Plus, water doesn't drain out easily once you have had a shower, posing a distinct hazard, especially for senior citizens. Out of the two lifts, one was out of order the whole 2 days we stayed there.
