Well positioned in White Town, close to restaurants and some shops. Staff is helpful. Clean.

A lovely stylish and clean hotel in a great area of Pondicherry. Central to everything with very helpful staff. I'd made a mistake and booked one day later than we intended to, and they made the update to the correct date very smoothly on arrival. Staff very helpful with everything else we've needed. A great restaurant with a very good variety on the menu. Pool is cool and inviting, air conditioning works well, fan in the room as well. Great facilities overall. We extended our stay as we were happy and comfortable at this hotel.

Bathrooms were quite good with new fittings. Room had an authentic old style for furniture, doors, windows etc. Breakfast was not buffet but you could order from a menu. The food from ala carte menu was great. We also got a 20% discount on F&B.

Odd layout. Didn't feel comfortable walking through the restaurant to get to rooms and exit. Very dark shower area ( no light) and too dark paint in bathroom so can't see cleanliness, which bothers me in a hotel.

RECEPTION STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND SUPPORTIVE. RESTURA MANAGER ATTEENEDED TO OUR SPECIAL REQUIREMENS AS WERE VEGETARIANS. OVERALL OUR TWO NIGHTS STAY WAS PLEASANT.

: Improved lighting is required Window glasses could be Reflective so light can come. There could be more Vegetarian Items in the Menu.

We had a very clean and comfortable room and we slept like babies. The pool was refreshing. The location was also excellent. The reception and restaurant managers were quick to take feedback and improve services when I made certain issues known.

The staff didn’t feel very welcoming when I arrived after a long trip. This may be a cultural thing and a little training would do wonders. Black coffee took ages to arrive at breakfast and restaurant staff, supposedly trainees, were not very knowledgeable at breakfast. The restaurant manager addressed my concerns immediately and made the rest of my stay enjoyable.

Excellent staff. Superb location as places are within walking distance. Cozy place. Comfortable beds and shower was great.

Breakfast is very nice. Especially, Dosa is tasty and crispy.

Room is clean and big, but a little bit dark.

The colour of the bathroom was a dirty blue and the artwork in the room was very dull and uninspiring.

You need to walk through the restaurant and pool area to go to your room

They have zero parking facilities and not even a staff to assist, we had 3 rooms for two nights and not even 30 minutes extended check out was given, they have zero consideration for any requests from guest, no 24/7 room service, no coffee and tea availability, and restaurant closes by 10 pm.

Breakfast was really good .

The location was superb and the rooms were huge! The staff were extremely polite and accommodative of all requests.

The only issue to knit pick on would be Wi-Fi. There is no good cellular network within the building and their Wi-Fi is not uniform, so we had to keep jumping networks which was annoying.
