Rooms getting a bit outdated, could do with a bit of a refurb to freshen them up and repair some of the small faults.

This hotel is in a busy environment and is a great place to stay. The street can be noisy but our room was at the side and we had no problems with the noise from the street. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities at the hotel were good. Breakfast was included and was good. If using the railway station this hotel is very convenient. There are several restaurants in the area and it is easy to get Tuk Tuks for other areas of Delhi such as Connaught Place (that cost us 100 rupees). We would definitely stay here again.

One of the main issue was there was no window so it felt clostrophobic sometime. Location was very chaotic and huge traffic jam around. Place felt shady at night.

Executive room was well furnished. Bathroom feetings were new. Room was clean. They provided filtered water and refilled it. Breakfast was great!!

The staff and hotel Manger was very helpful and kind. Everything was good even the driver who we hired for two days. The travel manager was too greedy, he give us the price including Ticket, toll etc but when we been to Agra (in Taj) he make us too pay for the tickets.

I want to give a big thumbs up to Mr.Ajju Ajju at the hotel Travel desk. He arranged an 11 day trip through Northeast India and Sikkim for me. It went Very well and he stayed in touch to make sure that everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend him. Also, the hotel reception desk personnel were very accommodating as I had a number of documents to have printed. I appreciate Their friendly cooperation.

Location near the railway station means that the area is not very clean and pleasant to walk around. Bedsheets were very old, had to be replaced some time ago already

Staff were very polite and friendly. Bhavna was particularly helpful and always checked if we had everything we needed. Location is great to get to Connaught place. Breakfast was good.

Wifi on weekend was awful. People in corridors and staircase were loud. Furniture is old, rooms and bathroom soon need refurbishment.

Size of room was great. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant and coffee corner were very nice and of very good quality. Beds were very comfortable. The water was refilled every day.

Attentive staff, from reception to doorman to maintenance, everybody has been friendly and accomodating. They even arranged a secret birthday cake for my friend's birthday. The room is decent, cleaner than most places in India, but don't expect western standards of cleanliness. Location near the railway station and airport metro station is convenient. I liked stepping outside for a cigarette on the street and talking to the doorman and watch life go buy in the ever busy neighborhood of Pahar Ganj.

Had a comfortable stay at Hotel Grand Godwin. The room heater worked effectively in freezing temperatures. Limited time to explore Delhi, but enjoyed awesome street food. Hotel staff were good and helpful, enhancing the overall experience.

The door card lock sometimes doesn't work and needs to be recharged. But it's not a big deal, as there's always a staff member available to solve it in less than 5 minutes.

When I was searching for a place to stay in Delhi, I spent more than 10 hours reading reviews of different hotels to find a place I liked. And, to be honest, I won! If I ever go back to Delhi at some point in my life, I would definitely return to the Grand Godwin Hotel. If you're traveling to Delhi, it's important to set your expectations properly! The hotel, highly rated and situated in a central location in Delhi, boasts very good staff and clean rooms. Safe family hotel and trustworthy; the room looks exactly like the image. also very polite and caring cleaning staff, as well as the service staff at the door. They do clean every day, but naturally, you need to vacate the room for this. Also, try not to fuss over any stains on the bedsheet, they are indeed washed and you can tell from the fresh scent of cleaning products. Don't be picky about a crack in the wooden door! You're traveling to a very humid zone of the earth. Very comfortable beds! I loved it. Of course, there's traffic on the roads, but this means you are close to the attractions of Delhi! There is a restaurant in front of the hotel with very tasty food! Although I am a meat-arian, the vegetarian food there is amazing. I already miss it.
