How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It’s just the right amount of privacy and socialising. Jitu and Charles were incredibly kind and welcoming, genuinely thoughtful people. You don’t even need to plan much; they’ll guide you through the best spots, and their recommendations are good, trust me. The location is perfect too, with beaches, temples, and everything close by. Renting a scooty or car is super easy. Would 10/10 recommend 💐

Verified reviewThe staff were very helpful, especially Jeetu and Dolcy. They were helpful, and jeetu was kind enough to help us navigate through the city and also suggested a few lovely places to visit.
The hotel was located in a secluded area, and the beach is around a 15-20 minute walk. However, it was very peaceful. The lights in the toilet were a little too dim for us.

I’ve stayed at many places in Goa, and Jeetu and the staff are absolute legends, they’ll go out of their way to make sure you have everything you could possibly need. The room and hotel were in pristine condition. The A/C was powerful and the included breakfast was fantastic. The pool was especially nice too. There’s no where else that will match the price and quality of this place. Definitely my go to place when coming to Goa from now on. And would highly recommend to anyone visiting Goa!

The location is a bit inside so you have to walk to the main street to get a taxi. There was no elevator in the hotel, so climbing 3 floors can be difficult. Rooms and toilets are a bit small. The charging plugs are very loose, so charging our phones got difficult.
